Ace Review It was a pleasure to work with Ace for a big moss-clearing job on a steep roof. Andy came for an estimate and assured me his team could handle the slope and tight turns, and gave me a fair estimate (compared with three other companies). They started Monday morning and by the late afternoon, Cody and Landon had spent about seven hours on the roof and it looked great! They left everything behind a locked gate and then Landon and Dylan returned the next day to finish, clean up, and apply the prevention to slow-down the moss from growing again so quickly. In all of our interactions, the team was professional and thorough, even washing the windows that faced their main work area! This last task was not a part of the estimate so we greatly appreciated the attention to detail. I also thought their tile-replacement process was well-considered: they noted four broken concrete tiles and so replaced each one for a very reasonable extra charge. Finally, they put a wire-mesh filter over each drain so that junk wouldn't go into the gutter drainage system. All in all, a messy, labor-intensive job was handled expertly and professionally, and we're quite pleased. We'll definitely use Ace again for future roof maintenance! John N. read more

Job was done okay. Most of the windows were cleaned but not all. Most of the moss was removed from the roof but not all. And it was left all over my property and no clean up was done. My deck was filthy after they were done. They even broke a light. Said sorry and then that was it. Even left the broken pieces on my deck. You might want to consider getting other bids before you hire Ace for gutter cleaning. I own a 1000 sq. foot, one story, manufactured home with gutters, a carport roof, and a front porch roof that were loaded with debris from a huge tree removal. Ace's bid was $885.00 total. The next highest bid was in the $400.00 range and the rest of the bids were from $160 to $200. All were experienced and insured. I selected one in the $165.00 range with another contractor and the gutters, roof, and awnings are clean and working very well. read more

Ace Roof Care is awesome. Andy, the owner, came out and gave us a bid that was right in the sweet spot. It was a very busy time of the year for him but he was concerned that a gutter that was overflowing by the front door might be causing problems and he said he'd have somebody out the next day to do that section. The following morning all of his crews were committed so he came back and did it himself. Wow, that's customer service! I called several roof care companies to get a bid for moss removal and preventative treatment. One company gave me an over priced bid, another did as well without even coming out to see my roof. When I talked to Andy, he was happy to come all the way from Veneta to Creswell to see the job. That says a lot about his character. Ace Roof Care has been cleaning my gutters twice a year for two and a half years now. (I have trees overhanging the house.) I can't say enough good things about owner Andy Renfro and his crew - I would give them 20 stars if I could. I totally trust him to tell me what I need and what I don't need - he hasn't tried to sell me services I don't need like other companies have, and he's taught me how to determine myself whether I need moss treatment. His prices are very fair (sometimes too generous, in my opinion), he's great about getting back to me promptly, he prioritizes safety, his crews do a great job and completely clean up after themselves, and Andy is also an all-around great guy who I enjoy talking with. Lately Andy has gone out of his way to accommodate me - the past two times, when I waited too long to get the gutters cleaned and they were overflowing, Andy had his crew out the next day.
