As a small business owner, I recognize hard work and quality products. Unfortunately, I can also recognize when a company DOES NOT have a good leader. This company's product is FANTASTIC! We had a stain that we REFUSED to have removed by anything else but "green" products ( lots of children and elderly come in and out of my office). True Green offered a great product, but the employees and the the owner, Ryan, are FAR below average. The one time we used True Green was the first and last. During that scheduled cleaning, I confronted the business owner because my secretary caught one of his employees smoking inside my building! Are you kidding me?!? When I confronted Ryan (business owner) he used some 'choice words' and hung up on me! Two days later a gentleman ( who later to find out was his dad) called and said "you are slandering my son, I'm going to break your jaw so you never say a da*n thing again!" Mind you- I'm a 4'9 45 year old disabled woman. Ultimately, I had to file a police report because the amount of phone and email contact by the two thugs who call themselves business owners was nothing less than terrifying. If you want your carpets cleaned by ex-cons...hire this company, but I PROMISE you (because I did) you can find another company locally that offers the same exact product without the nightmare. read more

Please read all of this! I was trying to decide what carpet to purchase color, texture blah blah. It was taking forever and it was exhausting. I decided to get the carpet cleaned to give me some time to decide. I pulled out the 1/4ly Hometown Savvy saw their ad,called and I had my appointment scheduled. I was called back with a confirmation, I was texted the day before with a confirmation. I originally asked to have my bedroom, stairway, love seat cleaned. I changed my mind I wanted the living room and dining room also. No problem they did it all in ONE HOUR. Stains were removed that I have tried to clean and other "professionals " tried. There was no chemical odor none just the fresh scent of clean . My son paid the bill and when he told me how much I was shocked no way that was not enough! I wanted to buy them lunch so my son called them and met them at the next customer with the lunch money I am including this to let you know how impressed I am. I am selling my rug shampooer it takes up to much space and takes up to much of my valuable time when I can get it cleaned in ONE hour and done right. One last comment it dried in one hour. I've had other carpet cleaning companies do their handi-work (and even tried renting a carpet cleaner from Home Depot), but never with results close to this thorough and effective. I'm impressed, to say the least. My 6 year old (very light) carpet was restored to just about new condition. At this point, the rest of the carpet matches all of places that I had covered with a rug or piece of furniture (which showed the color of the carpet when it was new). I have 2 large dogs and 2 teenagers who over the years have added their share of dirt and/or bodily functions to it's more recent shading, but I am SO happy to say that's all gone. John was a sweetheart too, SUPER nice and polite and hard working, as was his assistant (Brandon, if I remember correctly). While their prices were on the slightly higher end of some cleaning companies, the job they did was SO much better it was worth every penny. This is a phenomenal company! I was very skeptical about their method of cleaning. I thought "Yeah right you're going to get carpets clean" when they explained the method they used. But it was more than just a sales pitch...they really can work miracles on carpet in getting it to look like new again! Even removing stains that have been there for months. Did a great job at a more than reasonable price. And they were not only perfectly on time, but even gave a quick reminder call letting us know they were on their way. My carpets and couch look SO much better. We had them done mid-afternoon, it took less than an hour, and by dinner time everything was already dry, which is such a nice change from services I've had in the past. We used True Green to clean the carpets in our house before we moved in. They were very accommodating and available. We had a mixup with getting our power turned on, which we didn't realize until they arrived. However, they handled it graciously and came back the next day at no charge. The carpets came out great. They were completely dry very quickly. No chemical odor or residue on them and I feel comfortable letting my baby crawl on them. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Pleasantly surprised! Instant appt, responsive customer service. But especially: We've had our carpets cleaned in many different ways over the decades and this is the first time my area rugs felt so soft and clean under my feet. I was skeptical at first because of the simplicity of the process: spray, use rotary cotton thing to agitate, vacuum. But all of the carpets are soft and clean and feel brand new. The greatest service! Nice workers, honest. Worker was confident but thankfully did not give me false hope regarding the sofa stains coming off completely and because it was velvet and would take a longer to dry and it wasn't clear whether the stain had come out, I was asked to simply call back after it dried with my opinion on the results and then pay. I have used True Green in the past and always been very happy with their services; however, this time John went above and beyond. I had a drain back up sludge and lots of water all over my white carpet. John was able to fit me in his schedule, came out the next day, cleaned and dried the affected area. While he was here he also made time to clean the rest of the house. He did this all for half the price another company was going to charge me for just the damaged area. True Green is a well run business with a very personable owner, Ryan. They sent a crew out to clean the 50 windows and screens on my complicated house. They were prompt, courteous, well prepared and well organized. The manager, Dave, kept his workers on task and attended to every detail I requested.
