These folks have a great selection and great customer service. Pricing is equal to their competition but imo service is well above. We selected luxury vinyl plank to replace our worn carpet and Nigel came out to measure and gave us a firm quote. They were all super patient with the selection process and allowed me to check out samples to take home and eyeball, since it was impossible to match our existing adjacent hardwood floors. Shout out to Johan, Kendra and Matt for all of your help. Installation was scheduled several weeks out and we got a terrific installer, Fernando, who did an excellent job and gave great attention to detail. Absolutely amazing in every way! I would highly recommend Di's for any and all flooring needs! We had almost our entire house covered in various carpet, and Di's did a beautiful LVP floor after pulling out the existing carpet. Nigel was super communicative and helpful all along the way; he provided our quote quickly and was always available to answer any questions. He went above and beyond accommodating our schedule and trying to get the job done as quickly as possible for us. Fernando and Junior were with us for about a week to do the job and were incredibly thorough, kind and did an excellent job. They made sure to let us know of any issues right away, and they always asked our opinion if something could be done more than one way. They were prompt, incredibly fast, and did an absolutely wonderful job. I had a couple quotes from other places as well, and Di's prices were competitive and fair, and I felt like they were the most communicative and honest about the whole process. I worked with Di's flooring to redo the flooring in my condo. I loved their service. They were right on everything. Bid and estimate got back to me very fast. I did have to wait for the flooring to be laid but it was worth the wait. The installers were very respectful of my home and did a very good job. No wall dings or scratches. They were very helpful as well. I would use Di's flooring again without a doubt. I totally recommend this company. Just never use Seitz Painting and Building Maintenance! I can not say that enough... These guys are great... super friendly, helpful, great selection, and reasonable prices. Nigel stopped out to quote refinishing all the hardwood flooring in my house. He was on time, well prepared, professional, and friendly. The price was reasonable so he won the job. They used a very effective dust collection system, so minimal mess during sanding. The hardwood flooring now looks great! Later on, Johan went out of his way to help me find a special adhesive for marmoleum flooring. Again, super friendly, helpful, and professional. We shopped around quite a bit and actually knew what carpet we wanted when we went to Di's and were shopping for price and service. We were just blown away with the professional yet friendly folks we found there. They answered all our questions without high pressure. They actually seemed interested in our project. AJ and Johan were just great. The installers were terrific and did a wonderful job. We got a good price which actually was a bit higher than we had been quoted elsewhere but we liked the folks at Di's so much more that we went with them and we're really glad we did. Couldn't be more pleased with Di's. After speaking with a rep at the Home show last fall (they were much more helpful than other businesses I talked to) I went to their store to discuss getting rid of some old carpeting and putting in vinyl plank in a large room and hallway. I was not sure what i wanted and Angelese was patient and helpful during this process, and came over to give me a free estimate. When I decided what type of flooring I wanted I was scheduled pretty quickly. The installers, Oscar and Antonio, were at my house and working by 9am and completed ripping out the carpet, scraping the floor and leveling it, then laying the tiles and baseboard all by 3pm! Went to Di's yesterday to purchase some vinyl flooring. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and steered us right to the items in our stated price range. There was no high pressure and we were able to select our items quickly. We bought a sheet of linoleum from Di's. They also installed it. They were a good bunch to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable. Their installer was on time and did a really nice job.
