Positive experience from beginning to end. Great customer service here! The carpet we chose was a high quality product and was installed very professionally by an experienced agent of theirs. We highly recommend this company! read more

These folks have a great selection and great customer service. Pricing is equal to their competition but imo service is well above. We selected luxury vinyl plank to replace our worn carpet and Nigel came out to measure and gave us a firm quote. They were all super patient with the selection process and allowed me to check out samples to take home and eyeball, since it was impossible to match our existing adjacent hardwood floors. Shout out to Johan, Kendra and Matt for all of your help. Installation was scheduled several weeks out and we got a terrific installer, Fernando, who did an excellent job and gave great attention to detail. We are super happy with our new floors so far! read more

Very helpful and knowledgeable about floor coverings. I did not end up purchasing carpet here but they were very helpful while I was shopping for carpet. Just found a better color match at another store. read more

Di's is one of the few flooring businesses to offer Marmoleum, which I definitely wanted. My entire experience was exceptional. Nigel visited, prepared the bid and plan for installation. Oscar is a master at installing sheet Marmoleum (which is tricky) and a genuinely great guy. Altogether a very good experience and I'm loving my new floors! read more

I would highly recommend checking them out for floor coverings! The selection is very good and the customer service is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! They sent an employee out to measure I could me estimate costalk depending on the floor covering I was looking at. Very helpful when you are in a budget! read more

This is the place to go if you don't want to deal with imperial. Johan is awesome and Oscar is one of the best installers anywhere. Love these guys. read more

Absolutely amazing in every way! I would highly recommend Di's for any and all flooring needs! We had almost our entire house covered in various carpet, and Di's did a beautiful LVP floor after pulling out the existing carpet. Nigel was super communicative and helpful all along the way; he provided our quote quickly and was always available to answer any questions. He went above and beyond accommodating our schedule and trying to get the job done as quickly as possible for us. Fernando and Junior were with us for about a week to do the job and were incredibly thorough, kind and did an excellent job. They made sure to let us know of any issues right away, and they always asked our opinion if something could be done more than one way. They were prompt, incredibly fast, and did an absolutely wonderful job. I had a couple quotes from other places as well, and Di's prices were competitive and fair, and I felt like they were the most communicative and honest about the whole process. Anyone looking to get flooring done should head to Di's! read more

Please let me start this review with Di's excellent customer service. I own a small business myself and I strive to serve my customers as well as Di's treats their customers. I'm more then please. Installed perfect as well. If you want the old school service, and dependable people to work with this is the place. read more

Purchased a remnant and had it bound into a rug. Staff was helpful and a smooth process for a fraction of the price of a box store rug.

I worked with Di's flooring to redo the flooring in my condo. I loved their service. They were right on everything. Bid and estimate got back to me very fast. I did have to wait for the flooring to be laid but it was worth the wait. The installers were very respectful of my home and did a very good job. No wall dings or scratches. They were very helpful as well. I would use Di's flooring again without a doubt. I totally recommend this company. Just never use Seitz Painting and Building Maintenance! I can not say that enough... They are the worst ever. Very disrespectful of your home and things. But most importantly of your time. Worst painter I have used ever. Di's floor is great read more

Di's flooring just finished pulling all my carpet, replacing with vinyl planking AND refinishing hardwood in great room - amazing job. It was a big job but they were friendly, kind, listened to my needs and generally a great experience. I would recommend them for your flooring needs. read more

These guys are great... super friendly, helpful, great selection, and reasonable prices. Nigel stopped out to quote refinishing all the hardwood flooring in my house. He was on time, well prepared, professional, and friendly. The price was reasonable so he won the job. They used a very effective dust collection system, so minimal mess during sanding. The hardwood flooring now looks great! Later on, Johan went out of his way to help me find a special adhesive for marmoleum flooring. Again, super friendly, helpful, and professional. These guys rock and I highly recommend them! read more

Di's rescued us!! Getting ready to list our house and had our stairs under construction....and it wasn't going well. Went to Di's, they were at our house in a couple of days and knocked the project out! The installers Rolindo and Fernando were the nicest and efficient guys ever. Rolindo has been with Di's for over 18 years.....that says a lot about an employer as well. Great job guys and Thank you Di's! A++++ read more

We had an EXCELLENT experience with Di's installing engineered maple flooring in our house. Di's had what we were looking for, had a great price, was honest and helpful from the gitgo, welcomed us to make a change along the way, and did a truly marvelous job of installation. We have not had such good luck with other stores in the area. Here's to Di's, and here's to Johan in particular. read more

Staff was really friendly & helpful; prizes reasonable. Love their cleaning products for tile and wood floors; a small quantity is enough to clean a big surface. :-) read more

We shopped around quite a bit and actually knew what carpet we wanted when we went to Di's and were shopping for price and service. We were just blown away with the professional yet friendly folks we found there. They answered all our questions without high pressure. They actually seemed interested in our project. AJ and Johan were just great. The installers were terrific and did a wonderful job. We got a good price which actually was a bit higher than we had been quoted elsewhere but we liked the folks at Di's so much more that we went with them and we're really glad we did. They are just great folks to work with. We highly recommend them. read more

Went to Di's yesterday to purchase some vinyl flooring. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and steered us right to the items in our stated price range. There was no high pressure and we were able to select our items quickly. Our salesman checked availability, wrote up our invoice, and handled our transaction in record time....the selection here is amazing and prices are reasonable. Customer service is 5 star. We will certainly purchase all our future flooring right here! read more

Couldn't be more pleased with Di's. After speaking with a rep at the Home show last fall (they were much more helpful than other businesses I talked to) I went to their store to discuss getting rid of some old carpeting and putting in vinyl plank in a large room and hallway. I was not sure what i wanted and Angelese was patient and helpful during this process, and came over to give me a free estimate. When I decided what type of flooring I wanted I was scheduled pretty quickly. The installers, Oscar and Antonio, were at my house and working by 9am and completed ripping out the carpet, scraping the floor and leveling it, then laying the tiles and baseboard all by 3pm! Extremely efficient and professional. I love my new floor! It looks fabulous. Also, the price was very reasonable. Thanks Di's. read more

We bought a sheet of linoleum from Di's. They also installed it. They were a good bunch to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable. Their installer was on time and did a really nice job. They seems interested in our project unlike some other places we tried. We will definitely keep them in mind when we have another flooring project. read more
