Basically he came out and looked at the leaks in my plumbing system and said ya that's not going to cheap. I only had $50 when he showed up and he graciously accepted that. I told him it would be the next day before I could pay the final $25 and he accepted those term. ( we actually discussed this before he ever showed up)The problem is he gave me no quote and he started hounding me for the additional $25 a few hours later and the following morning I foolishly gave him the other $25 he never returned to give me a quote nor did he contact me again once I paid him his $75 good for nothing quote fee, oh yeah did I mention he never even gave me a quote!

Our new deck is very well built & will be here long after we are. The wood he used is beautiful. My husband and I did all the painting before each piece was used so the process went quicker than we thought. We love it and now have a beautiful view of the huge valley from our back yard. We would definitely use him again and recommend his work. The price just right for his labor was right on, while we paid for all materials in advance. He very fair, organized and easy to work with. Thank you Steve!

And this is what I liked about Steve , He was on time both day's he worked on my home . He's the one that gives you your quote, He is the one that, measures & installs your gutter's . No sub contractor's. Only Steve installs the gutter's he has a laser eye for detail everything is double checked . Out of all the review's I have put on yelp I personally enjoy putting this one up. And his price's are very fair. He has his trade mastered in every way . I say all this because I am a Glass contractor I worked alone like Steve, and I watched from start to finish on my home . Give this man a call he will do you right . Remember Folks he's the one that measure's,price's and install's the job . My gutter's look excellent. My neighbor's liked them as well . My Steel gutter's are better than seamless that's my opinion .And the Owner installed them .You only paint them if you wish . My case I left them alone ,I like the color they came in . Vance B.
