Over a period of three days, Jim readjusted the inner workings of two toilets, recaulked the toilet bases, recaulked a shower faucet and around a bathroom sink, replaced a wheel on a sliding side fence, treated the shingles for moss build up, replaced the gaskets and flashing on several vent pipes on the roof, replaced and repainted a piece of wood on the siding of the house, power washed the outside of the house, and removed a part of a fence inside the garden area which was damaged during one of the big storms.
