Searching for repair professionals near Roseburg we found Higher Dimensions on google. Higher Dimensions was able to fix the recliner issue and the chairs sit perfectly now. We had a drawer rebuilt by a cabinet shop in California, and hadn't t tried to reinstall it yet. When we did we discovered it was made it 1/8" too wide. Jesse, at Higher Dimensions was able to fix that issue also. They also replaced the screen in our RVs screen door. No job was too small. Wasn't sure they worked in RVs and Travel Trailers but they took on the jobs and completed them fast. If you need a licensed and insured contractor to do repairs, look no further. They aren't just for home repairs, they did a fantastic job on our RV.

After they botched a simple unclogging job in which they blew my toilet right off of the floor, (praise the Lord no sewage came out), the guy and his young assistant came in to repair the damage they did. The toilet was loose, after the fix but seemed ok. They assured me it was fixed, billed me and that was that. That was on Feb 21st. Today I came home to find the toilet blown up off of the floor again, only this time my toilet was sticking out off of the floor about 4-5 inches and the smell was horrible. I called these guys and told them that they needed to come back and repair this job immediately (being very patient the whole time with them), and was told they would be there at around 12pm the next day. My fears were temporarily alleviated as I thought they would do the right thing. The owner called me back only to exclaim in a very defensive tone that he recalled the incident, and that it was MY! And that they were not responsible for this. I explained to them that I was documenting this and had images to prove this, and the guy told me "no you don't! Show me.", I restated that indeed documented this, only to be told "F@&$ you." And was abruptly hung up on. I have never seen such inappropriateness and incompetence in all of my life, and never been treated so poorly by any service. I'm extremely distraught, and will be taking them to small claims court as they literally caused thousands of dollars in damage to my family's trailer. PSA: DO NOT USE THESE jerks. They are unprofessional, are rude, and I thought by using a highly rated plumber I was in good hands. I've attached photos to this review to show the damage they did the day of, and how it looks now as well. I'm a very patient man, and couldn't believe how they would treat me and my family like this. I am awe struck. STAY CLEAR AWAY from these dishonest guys.
