They also missed an entire section of the house and asked for picture proof when I called them. They returned a couple days later to complete that portion. Here's a brief overview of our interaction with Rick: In May/June 2016 we ask him for a bid. He comes out and does a thorough job of estimating the job. Three days later we get a comprehensive email with a quoted price. He also recommends an order of operation on our work for the summer as we are going to roof and paint. His suggestions are welcomed and were spot on. Fast forward to September when we're all done with the roof and paint. We call him to schedule. He remembers us simply by name and street. He works to schedule the job with me and is very accommodating to our schedule. He arrives on time as promised with the materials and help he needs to do the job.
