Well, I still had leaks and called them to come look at the issues. They told me everything was fine. It wasn't. I still had leaks into the breezeway down posts and through the cat door and into my first floor master bath. My realtor's regular roofer just finished (1/17/2020) repairing their work which included removing and replacing shingles and installing correctly prepared new flashing (Top Flight used the existing flashing instead of getting new). The repairs totaled $850 but I finally have no leaks, just a a damaged budget and sadness that some "professionals" do such bad work.
