I met with them after being discharged from the nursing home from hell and I have no recollection of signing the contract with them at all. Maybe this is related to the trauma of having surgery and having no support from my family but I owe them a big apology due to my lack of memory. The crew finished the job in less than a day and did a very thorough clean-up when they were done. There wasn't a speck of moss left on the roof. The fact that the moss treatment solution they use is non-toxic is a plus; it smells like a witch's brew, but that wears off in a few hours. When I checked my roof this spring, still no moss, so no treatment this year, but I will definitely be using their service next year. Excellent service, excellent quality, reasonable price.

Also, please note that they use a completely non-toxic solution unlike several other places I called. I have copper gutters and all conventional moss killers make "pinholes" in copper. The crew was delightful, respectful and they cleaned up very thoroughly. They have to pressure wash the entire roof as I have some kind of concrete tile roofing system.
