Luckily it turned out that the cause of my leak wasn't a leaking roof but actually caused by a build up of leaves and tree debris causing water to be backlogged and forced up under my shingles. They informed me of this and saved me from having to do anything besides jumping on my roof and clearing it all away. After a few hours of clearing everything, it was good as new and now I know not to allow this debris to sit on my roof during rainy season. I highly recommend High Ridge Roofing for all of your roof repair needs! Thanks for all your help!

Roofcraft is the absolute last company I would ever recommend for anything related to roof repair…read moreor remediation. They charged us $800 for a tarp job that was done so poorly it still leaked, leading to secondary water damage that could have been completely avoided. Their incompetence cost us far more than just money--it caused unnecessary stress and additional repairs. Their project manager, Jason, is dismissive and talks over you anytime you try to address concerns, refusing to take ownership of their mistakes. Even after openly admitting fault, he continued to deflect responsibility. As for the owner, Brandon, he completely disengaged from the situation rather than standing behind his company's work--showing a complete lack of ethics, accountability, and professionalism. If you need roofing services, do yourself a favor and look ANYWHERE else. Roofcraft is not a company that values integrity or quality, and they will leave you dealing with the consequences of their failures. EDIT (3/7/25): After several bouts of correspondence, the owner and myself came to a mutual arrangement which satisfied the aforementioned.

The house looked bad. They came in and took care of things from the top down. The work they did on the roof and gutters made the thing look like new. They sprayed down the house and decks to spruce up the paint and trim. Then they attacked the yard. Two full truckloads of debris, and we're talking a five thousand square foot lot. The work on the flower beds, rock walls, tree trimming and ivy removal was outstanding. It didn't stop there. I had a couple of plumbing leaks and a hot water heater that needed earthquake straps. No problem. They got into the crawl space and buttoned up the dripping then secured the water heater on the way out. So professional and thorough. Even discovered another faucet issue and just took care of it. That kind of can-do attitude goes a long way in my book. I need to know the folks I work with have the willingness and skill to problem solve for the best outcomes. We all want it done right, and they deliver on that hands down.
