We had significant water damage from a washing machine problem…read more I called Robinson Restoration on Sunday and shortly after Kyle arrived. He introduced himself as our project manager. From that moment on, Kyle managed a team that came to demo the wet floor and walls. They also set up a system of fans and dehumidifiers under the house and in the laundry area. They saved my kitchen floor and walls that backed up to my laundry area in the garage. After a few days the area is dry and ready for reconstruction. I want to give a shout out to my team. Kyle, Dominique, Ryan, Michael, Konrad & Jacob, Thank you for being quick, effective and polite. The work was done thoughtfully which saved us from a much larger problem. Save yourself some money and worry, we recommend calling Robinson Restoration for emergency water damage. Thank you again, Dr William and Arly Knight Eugene

Not the actual contracted workers- they were all great and shared stories about the crap they'd seen Belfor pull. But the guys running this office should be fired. Or given personality transplants. They brought in dryers and dehumidifier's the same day they came out to look at it. That saved us from losing more of our drywall. Their crew worked hard at getting the damaged areas pulled out and Shane dealt with the insurance company so we didn't have to. Vanessa was amazing at itemizing all of our inventory into numbered boxes and Dan did a great job at overseeing the entire mitigation process. The other company wouldn't be able to get anyone out to help us until at least the next day. Service Master also had a tight schedule but was able to fit us in on the same day, which we greatly appreciated. Our insurance had given us the name for a local company to do the rebuild but when it came time for that, the company they assigned us wasn't responding to my calls or texts. And meanwhile, we were left with no kitchen and no interior walls or floors in and around our kitchen area. Service Master of Eugene once again said they would help. They got us on their schedule and maintained great communication throughout the process. The end result was beautiful! We worked with Jeremy and Aimee for the restoration and rebuild, and they were both excellent. They even responded to our emails on weekends! We liked their work so much that we had them come and do our bathroom. There were some hiccups when it came to the bathroom remodel due to some changes occurring in the company at the time, but overall our experience with this company was a good one. Their technicians were always professional and we felt safe with them in our home. And they do good work. We would hire them again.

They came out the day after we called, used imaging equipment to let us know where the water was, and gave us a quote and options immediately. The tech who came out (Elmer) was very friendly, professional and honest. He could have said the damage was worse--we wouldn't have known the difference--and charged us a small fortune in repairs, but instead he was honest and let us know exactly what was needed. The piece of mind he gave us was much appreciated. We were worried about mold but he said we did everything right by fixing the roof, pulling out the insulation and opening it up to dry. All we have to do is replace some drywall. I appreciate an honest company. If (God forbid) we have another issue with water, we will definitely use Servpro.
