Description of work: Clean ducts and air returns. Replaced old section of duct work. Exceptional service. Went above and beyond. Replaced a section of duct that another company gave me the run around about and he wasn't even at the house to do that specifically. Duct cleaning was fantastic. Very helpful, prompt, courteous, fair price. read more

Our HVAC system was put in 11 years ago, and this was the first time we ever had the ducts & registers cleaned. 2 guys came out to do the work. We have 23 registers, 2 returns, and 2 bathroom fans. Both of the guys worked non-stop for 2.75 hours. The registers are all now squeaky clean (they were horribly coated in dust) & our house no longer smells musty/dusty whenever the air comes on. The cost for the service was $750. I have no idea if this is good or not. I have nothing to compare the price to, since I couldn't find anyone else in our area that does true duct cleaning. But I will say these 2 guys worked hard and did a stellar job. They even offered to put our new filter in for us (we supplied it) at no extra charge. read more

Dan was very professional and a good communicator. Cleaned out our furnace, vents, dryer vent, and chimney. Well worth it.

They did a great job! Showed up on time and did great work. We bought a house with nasty ducts and they got them all cleaned out. Huge improvement! Would recommend! read more

Advantage Air duct and vent cleaners was fabulous. A family owned business who works for the customer. They came and cleaned all vents in house and also fixed our dryer vent which was dirty, and also unplugged under house. It was done quickly and efficiently. Later that night our furnace drip pan began to run everywhere. We were Able to collect the water in bucket. I called Advantage and explained my situation. Nate and Dan wrote back at 8:00am and said we will see you in a hour. Perfect. The flushed the line and saved me so much money over HVAC Company. They were quick and had it fixed in 10 minutes. We went for a drive same day. Nate and Dan are the best. If you haven't had your dryer vent or vents cleaned, don't wait for a fire in dryer. Or all the dust in your house giving you allergy symptoms. I can't believe that the dryer hose was unplugged. Thank goodness we didn't get critters in house. lol. read more

Had service scheduled for air duct, chimney, and dryer vent cleaning. They came out and quickly discovered that I had fiberglass air ducts (can't be cleaned) and a hole in part of my chimney (had rusted out); so, they wouldn't be able to help. They gave great advice and were able to clean my dryer vent. Friendly and trustworthy service. read more

He showed up on time, completed the dryer vent cleaning of years of lint plus a serious load of bird nest detritus in about ten minutes, and then cleaned up the workspace after himself. Pleasant guy. Well worth the investment, and a relief to a potential fire hazard mediated. Wish I had taken photos of the really huge cloud of birds nest gunk flying out! read more

They came to clean my chimneys and did a wonderful job! Super well knowledgeable, fast, reliable. Great service

We recently had our AC/Heating ducts serviced and we're extremely pleased with the personnel and service. They took care to protect our Floors and did an excellent job. We couldn't believe how much dust and stuff in our vents as they showed it to us and also demonstrated their technique. We will definitely use Advantage company next time we need the service and recommend them without reservation. read more

Nate is fantastic, I'm so glad we picked his company for our air duct cleaning. I called around for a few different quotes, including a quote from the Home Comfort who had originally installed the system, and Nate's quote was SIGNIFICANTLY lower (almost half of Home Comfort). Nate did a great job, and cleaned out our dryer vent as well while he was in the system, for free, since it was there anyway. He also gave us advice on some issues with our system, so we could get them fixed. I highly recommend Advantage Air Duct Cleaning, and I will absolutely use them again. read more

We scheduled a flue cleaning appointment with them, which they didn't keep. We called later that day because we know things happen and wanted to see if they could fit us in later. No answer to our call. We called the next day, and again, no response. Yes, life happens. But not returning calls? That's not ok for a business. We still haven't heard from them, 5 days later. read more

I've used Nate twice. Once for a dryer vent and now a full air duct cleaning. Shows up on time, keeps everything clean and makes sure it is a job he can stand behind. We'll be calling the Fall to have our chimney done. read more

Excellent. Courteous. Informative. Helpful. Friendly. Intelligent. Indusrious. Effective. Fair. Seems honest. Anything else? read more

I called and got an appointment. After no one showed up I called again and was told they made the appointment for 8pm by mistake. I got another appointment for another day and got a call that morning that their worker didn't show up. I was told the owner would come out to see if he could do the job himself but he never showed up either. I called and had to leave a message, I asked if they were going to send someone and didn't even get the courtesy of a return call. I don't know how a company can stay in business with this kind of behavior! read more

Nate and Dan arrived ON TIME to clean our fireplace stove pipe. They did an amazing job quick and efficient. They also did our dryer vent. Everything was so clean and they were so professional!! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again and refer others. Thank you! read more

We had an appointment today for duct cleaning, they changed the appointment to today our initial appointment was last week. These guys never showed up or call to say they weren't ever coming. Husband called numerous times, Suzy reassured him they were coming. Looks like Suzy gave us the wrong information. We waited all day long that's the WHOLE day. We had our furniture pulled out waiting, by the way the that's WHOLE day. About 8pm we put are furniture back as they never even called to politely let us know they couldn't make it. There customer service is not important that's obvious. Unless you have hours to waste maybe you should call another company. This has been our experience, maybe they will like you and they will show up and do the job you hired them to do or maybe you will wait the whole day for nothing. read more

Very good service we had our ducts cleaned. It was affordable and Nate was a very nice person. I highly recommend using advantage and will recommend the company to others. read more

Advantage Air Duct Cleaning did a great job sweeping my chimney and cleaning my dryer vent today! Everything was done in a clean, timely, and professional manner, and with a positive attitude. Nate took the time to answer my questions and suggest tips to prevent major repair needs in the future. Not only was the job completed with quality, but Nate went above and beyond to remove an old fireplace door and clean smoke damaged bricks on my fireplace without being asked. He also went out of his way to look for gas piping to my fireplace which will save me at least $2,000 when I decide to get a gas insert ,even though it did not directly benefit him to help me in this way. I highly recommend Advantage Air Duct Cleaning! read more

Our business called and set up 3 appointments for duct cleaning, not only did they not keep the appointments they never called. Worse customer service I have received in years. read more

Nate was great! Our dryer was smelling horrible for a couple of weeks. We tried to clean it out ourselves thinking it was just lint stuck that was mildewed. Nate cleaned our dryer vent which...low and behold had a dead mouse lodged in it. Gross! Thank you Nate!! read more

I called ten different chimney cleaning services & was given prices between $160. & $259. The 259. had only 2.5 stars. I asked for a senior rate & about 8 places were extremely rude & did not have senior rates. I called Advantage Air Duct Cleaning & the lady (owner w/husband) who answered was extremely polite & helpful, and when I told her how much I had to pay, she said fine - made an appt. immediately within four days. The owner arrived w/an asst. with/in the 15 minute time scheduled and were extremely friendly & polite, neat & clean, very protective of the carpeting, completed the job in 45 min., removed all dust/particles of residue from chimney, wood stove & surrounding area on floor & back wall. I am 100% extremely happy w/their work ethic, friendliness & offers to help w/anything I needed done such as replacing the damper. I would recommend this business to anyone needing their services. This is a long time family business which shows the honesty, excellent character and workmanship which is hard to find nowadays. I had waited 4-5 yrs to have my wood stove cleaned, but will definitely have this company clean my wood stove chimney for as long as I own my home. Thank you Nate for being a responsible business owner. read more

This is the second time I have had advantage out to my home office and once again a great job. My oil furnace was plugged and Advantage had it up and running within an hour. he also cleaned my dryer vent and my clothes dry in half the time. I had a fire a few years ago that was caused by my dryer, so, I make sure to keep it cleaned at least once a year. His truck and system is state of the art. I asked him how he was able to get stuff done so well and effectively, he showed me his truck and how the dirt is vacuumed and stored. I was really impressed. Nate was a great guest in my home. I will recommend him and I will have him back next year. If you need your furnace or chimney cleaned, call advantage today. read more

Nate was awesome. Punctual, thorough, kept things clean, and helped explain a few things with our HVAC system. Would highly recommend to anyone. read more

We used Advantage last summer for a drier vent cleaning. The technician was late but called in advance to let me know he was running behind and then gave me a "sorry we were late" discount on my bill. The technician was super friendly, professional and efficient. Thrilled with the service we received. We just scheduled an air vent cleaning with them after finding them the least expensive of several companies I called, and they include a free vent sanitization with the service. Looking forward to working with this company again. read more

We got a pre-inspection before buying house---2 previous owners. Report showed 25' dryer vent taped with duct tape (bad!) with gobs of lint hanging down. (Was it a successful DIY? We wondered.) When doing "dog laundry", I always clean filter several times during cycle because of dog hair. 2 signs of clogged dryer vent---takes much longer (than usual) to dry contents and dryer gets very hot to touch. I researched 5 companies and read all Reviews. Advantage Air Duct Cleaning won. Nate and his employee, Dan, worked pumping lint to the outside vent (much, much lint)---no mess in laundry room. They worked in Eugene's miserable weather yesterday---an hour in 26 degree fog! We'll have them back (when it's warm) to do a proper repair on crawl-space dryer venting. Nate said it's a "painted-on" product, capable of expanding and contracting. Price was reasonable! Nate was great. Explained well and was fun to work with. A joy and highly recommended!!!! read more

Clean, professional, knowledgeable, excellent all around!!! Will continue to use and highly recommend to others.
