The crew they assigned to the work, Seth and Chavis, were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and very hard working. They very quickly took care of all of the sprinkler system problems, helped us set it up for optimal performance and left all work areas tidy and spotless. We were surprised that upon completion they didn't ask for payment and told us the company would check back to ensure we were happy and all work was satisfactory before invoicing. Where do I start.... we signed a contract with Reality Homes to build a custom home with a daylight…read morebasement in May of 2020 and now this is what our "home" looks like in 2024. They have put us through more than I can say in a short review, so I'll leave it at this: signing with Reality Homes was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. We were to have a very tall (11'8") basement, and after we discovered they were building it several feet shorter than our plans called for, RH just kept pushing us to let them continue on, rather than fix it. Then when the city inspector FAILED our pre-slab inspection, RH told us they would just bypass the inspector and have their engineer sign off and pour it as is. UNACCEPTABLE! My husband and I are paying a mortgage on this pile of concrete that RH insists "there is nothing wrong with," and we are fighting them in the local circuit court after an arbitration hearing that ended with an award in THEIR favor for nearly 60k. It is almost too wild to be true, but sadly this is all nonfiction. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH HOW MUCH I REGRET WORKING WITH REALITY HOMES. What a nightmare!
