Owned for less than four years, but it has had numerous issues, often arising in the middle of a cook. This one is sheltered and used medium to lightly and I've had to replace several hot rods, had pellet fires in the BBQ because of malfunctions and now the fan doesn't work despite replacing the fan. Traeger rubs and sauces are mediocre compared to store bought, homemade, or other product. I'm afraid Traeger's good days are gone apparently due to some business decisions. Luckily there are other pellet grills and smoker out there, hopefully better quality and more reliable.

The store was empty and I was immediately greeted by a younger kid that seemed friendly enough. I asked about skill saws and he showed me, "the cheapest they had" and indicated he had other models in the back. When I asked about those models he told me they were more and had things like a laser on them. When I asked about a hammer tacker and tried to explain what I meant by that, what I was looking to use it for etc. I was left thinking he had no idea what I was looking for. I thanked him and walked out to spend nearly $600 at Home Depot. I would have preferred to buy some Craftsman tools and support the local franchise, but since this isn't the first time there that I have left disheartened, I doubt I will be back.
