They can even tell you exactly what it is before you go looking. My only dig was one time I needed a bolt for some furniture. They had one that fit, but it was a bolt with a hex head that takes a standard wrench rather than flush top that uses an allen wrench. Guess what? My chair still works! Not too long ago I needed an odd light bulb. I wanted to get an LED version. They had exactly what I needed, and I paid less than what I would have paid had I ordered online. Another time I was looking for some oddball light bulbs for a friend. They had the EXACT match, both in halogen and LED. I got the LED. Sweet. Just recently, I needed an odd sized allen wrench. I have so many of them, and I have a few sets. I didn't need a whole set, just one wrench. Eighty-nine cents and two minutes later it was in my pocket and I was on my way with a smile.
