Driving around and calling proved useless as the only bellows we found was almost $300!! It was gorgeous though, but too beautiful to use. Finally, Home Depot Customer Service recommended this small mom and pop shop. I'm so glad they did! We called them and yes they have bellows. We drove over and were greeted with a smile. I was stupefied to think I'm going to a sewing and vacuum repair for a bellows?!? What?? Uhh, okay, then I might go to a burger joint looking for a car wash?? ... Jokes on me as this place has it all! Yes, they have loads of sewing and vacuum equipment, supplies and repairs, plus they have a beautiful selection of pizza ovens and outdoor barbecues. There was one pizza oven in particular that really caught my eye. This beauty would go well on my patio deck next to my smoker. It runs on either wood or propane and is assembled on a really nice frame with shelving. It can do fairly large pizzas as well. Other areas of the store surprised me as there was also a nice variety of wood and pellet stoves as well as a section for sewing and vacuum. I ended up with a nice quality bellows for less than $100 and a firewood tote that was made from recycled canvas materials and very sturdy. The store is clean and well organized with quality brand names. Staff are polite and friendly and they mentioned they are new owners. I would definitely go back for more supplies.

I hated it, and used my Viking as well as I could. Recently, I decided to at least have my old Viking cleaned, and took it in for service. A whole new crew--and THEY FIXED IT LIKE NEW!! Shipping heavy stoves is very expensive, and occasionally he has to adjust the shipping prices. I know from experience crazy amounts of duty and import charges can occur and at times likely he has absorbed costs to make them as affordable as possible for people. SilverFire also does great humanitarian work; check out their website pictures and videos. The value is excellent...and while you may pay a couple pennies extra on some items-it is so worth having someone who knows what they're talking about where the items are that you need. I have found staff in most of the time but have had to do some walking to find someone on occasion. Everyone has been helpful so it's just they need more help (like most places). I have worked with staff in appliances who had someone ahead of us but got to us as soon as he could. We do like Home Depot, recommend it and will be back. Hopefully, they can find more help to assist customers when they're trying to spend money in the store.

Apparently, once Home Depot has collected thousands of dollars from a customer, actually getting the merchandise delivered to the address provided is someone else's problem. Their response has only reinforced my decision to take every future purchase to Lowe's. Home Depot, you don't get to outsource the delivery and then outsource the responsibility. Approximately 18 months ago, I purchased an exterior door from Home Depot. The delivery driver refused to drive up my road, claiming his truck couldn't access it, despite the fact that full-size semis had recently delivered lumber and building supplies to my property during construction. Instead, he made me meet him in a parking lot down the highway. As a 112-pound woman, I couldn't unload the heavy door myself, so it sat in the back of my open pickup truck in the rain until my installer could help. Fast-forward to October 2026. I gave Home Depot another chance and ordered another exterior door. This time, I had it shipped directly to my installer specifically to avoid another delivery fiasco. Unbelievably, SAME PROBLEM! The delivery driver is claiming he cannot access my installer's residential street. Yes, it's narrow, but it's perfectly drivable, and Lowe's has successfully delivered there multiple times. The current shipment was handled through ArcBest/ABF Freight and transferred to Peninsula Truck Lines for final delivery. Two doors. Two delivery nightmares. Two perfectly accessible locations. And here's what Home Depot just lost: I was prepared to purchase a $2,100 Samsung refrigerator from them TODAY. Instead, I'm taking that purchase to Lowe's, along with every future appliance, building material, and home improvement purchase. I own a home and acreage with ongoing projects. That's a LOT of future business. Home Depot, your delivery arrangements are driving customers straight into your competitor's arms. You didn't just lose a refrigerator sale. You lost a customer permanently.

The guy working was a retired plumber so knew what he was veknowledgeable. I ordered an appliance package from Lowe's, also. There was no problem with items in stock or delivery dates. Cory Hammersley is fantastic to work with on appliances. He really knows his stuff! I recently bought a freezer there. It is nice and was a very good price. It is a brand that I haven't heard of but it's made by one of the bigger companies so I felt comfortable trying it. I definitely recommend Lowe's, especially, for all your major items. The other Home Improvement store in town didn't have things in stock and made ordering appliances a nightmare. I will be back for any home improvement items I need!

On Friday, November 15 (2024), I called Orley's and was scheduled for an appointment in early December. To my surprise, I received a call a week later stating an opportunity was available and Dan could come by that day and fix the problem, and I readily agreed! Upon arrival, Dan repaired/replaced the ignitor, but a problem with the gas valve remained. Due to the age of the unit, he didn't have the component with him, but believed he may have had one at the shop. Although a new part wasn't available, a compatible valve was on hand and could be installed at a later time. After some conversations, Matt and Tammy very graciously agreed to come by after the close of business that evening, and replaced the valve! Our fireplace runs like new, and our living room was nice and toasty that weekend to spend time together as a family. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Orley's for your fireplace repair needs!
