I bought a house with a laurel hedge out front, separating my my driveway from my neighbors. It had been left to grow unchecked for a couple of years and had reached about 12 feet tall and 6 feet wide. I called Derrick for a quote. He came out the same day and gave me one. It took me a couple of weeks to get back to him but he remembered who I was and what I needed. He and his crew arrived and worked efficiently, true pros at what they do. They knocked it down to 6 feet tall and 4 feet wide in 2 hours, cleaned everything up, and hauled a pile of cut arborvitae out of my back yard as well. I was somewhat hesitant to start a large project (front and back yard remodel with sprinkler install) during Covid, since it's hard for employers to find laborers, however, All Seasons exceeded our expectations! Darrick/owner is very responsive to phone calls/texts, which is somewhat unheard of in the landscape industry. He checked in with us continuously throughout the project, to make sure the work was meeting/exceeding our expectations. They also did some appreciated/unexpected touches like patching damaged grass that wasn't originally included in the bid (no extra charge). He used some of our existing rock to add to our landscape design. He replanted some shrubs after our dogs chewed them up. Honestly he did so many appreciated additional tasks that there are too many to list in full. Best of all, he finished AHEAD of schedule. Disappointing. 1/15/21 hired to do yard cleanup. Derrick showed up on time to give me a bid. He sent 3 men-who showed up on time and worked well the first hour. The second hour I noticed workers slowing down and taking more time than needed to do the job. The third hour was somewhat a waste of time. At $50 an hour per person, I was disappointed-I expect to pay the men for work, not time watching each other, talking and or working without enthusiasm. The crew did a good enough job. The owner, Derrick, was great. The crew did not finish pulling a stump loose and Derrick showed up within the hour and pulled it loose himself. He was very conscientious about wanting to fulfill my expectations. Unfortunately, I would probably not hire them again unless it were by the job-definately not by the hour. read more

Before he put down the walkway, my husband asked Darrick why he didn't put down the weed-barrier fabric that is normally used to eliminate the problem of weeds between the stones. Darrick assured him that the gravel he was using would be enough. Unfortunately, this spring we have weeds coming up in our walkways so now we'll have to deal with pulling the weeds. This could have been avoided had he used the weed-barrier cloth which is standard for new walkways. read more

We hired Darrick Ritter of All Seasons Landscape Maintenance to help us clean up a creek area that was over grown with weeds and had years of leaves and tree debris. On our first meeting to go over work that needed to be done, we were impressed with Darrick's knowledge and experience, as well as personable demeanor. In addition to the clean-up, we were also interested in having the area re-graded in order to redirect the flow of water as to not damage property and a very mature tree. His suggestions seemed spot on and we were more than comfortable moving forward. His crew came out and were coordinated and efficient, filling dumpsters full of debris and logs to take to a local recycling center.
