EO landscaping is fantastic. We have a large (for Eugene) yard on a slope. They had a crew of 4 to 5 every day and installed several zones of drip irrigation , regraded parts of our yard. prepared a large gravel section (where I'll put in some pavers myself later) and installed large boulders for retaining walls, low voltage lighting and a large section of sod. They showed us some tips and tricks for using the drip irrigation ourselves. While I love to DIY stuff, they saw things I couldn't, and were both careful (working on a hillside with heavy machinery), fast, and stayed on budget. Best decision ever to work with Eric and his crew for our patio remodel project. Such a professional, honest, hard-working team that always showed on time and delivered more than promised. I highly recommend them to anyone. Our sizeable concrete patio had large cracks from settlement, so we wanted to replace it with paver stones. This was a sizeable project. First off, before we even decided to do the work, Eric met with us several times to answer questions and help us make decisions regarding the details of the project. Each time he was very thoughtful, gave us plenty of ideas and was always willing to recalculate the bid based on our adjustments. These positive interactions and the more than fair cost estimate convinced us to hire Eric for the project. From then on, everything went smooth. Eric and his team showed up at the exact date the project was scheduled, they were easy to communicate with and kept us informed of their progress. This was a 9-day project and never once did they start late or leave early to attend to other business. They even accommodated our last-minute requests that came up as the project moved along, even if that meant working longer hours to get the job done on time. We were so impressed with their professionalism and high level of customer service. Of course, the paver patio came out excellent and we are so thankful to Eric and his team. Emailing Eric for a bid resulted in the smoothest, quickest, and most professional contractor experience we've experienced! He was quick to come give a bid and was able to schedule us in quickly too! We initially asked for a bid to reinstall new sprinkler lines in our backyard. We had decided to tear out, relevel and replant grass ourselves. We were only in the tearing out stage and already a bit over our heads. He gave me some pros and cons for seeding vs sod and some suggestions. He then offered to give a bid to finish the whole project. His bids for both the sprinklers and re-leveling/installing sod were very reasonable. The crew that came out were polite, efficient and left our job site better than they found it. Kyle fixed two sprinkler issues we had in the front yard even though they weren't included in our bid and spread bark around the new grass free of charge. The whole process from emailing for a bid to job completion took exactly two weeks. We went from dirt to grass in a day and a half, with working sprinklers to water it!
