Pros: responsive, organized, on time, kind, likable, easy to talk to, good invoice and payment system Neutral: lighter than average cleaning Con: rates Verdict: $40-45/hr is too expensive. We won't set up the recurring monthly service we'd hoped for. This business is probably better suited for those who aren't on a budget and are looking for touch-up cleanings.
