A while later we had a pipe leak inside the master bathroom wall, and decided to do an upgrade. Anchor Tile, and Jeremy, again was chosen to do the work, in addition he coordinated the included work of the plumber and carpenter for the items that need to be done by them. We are very pleased with the work that was done and satisfied that the price to do the work was very reasonable. Anchor Tile is highly recommended by us, and we have friends who used Anchor Tile at our suggestion. Rick Young

Dana treated our tile, home and us with respect and AMAZING work! We could not be happier. One of the things I really appreciated about Dana, is how he worked efficiently and effective.. He cleaned up after his day, taped off the floors, put his tools away at the end of the day and when it was all finished tape and floor covers off he actually took off his shoes before entering the house... What? EXCELLENT service!

Carter Family was a Nightmare. We are currently in the process of filing a complaint with CCB…read morebecause we were overcharged almost $14,000. The work was spotty. There were constant "change orders" for things like an additional $2,600 for touch up paint on trim and other things that should have simply been part of the contract. Our $73,600 contract ballooned into a $93,200 contract with no significant changes made to the work.  It took them 7 months to remodel a bathroom, paint, install laminate floors and they still weren't done when we finally asked them to just not come back due to workers never showing up. They have no secretary and try to manage everything through an app that does not work. Payments through the app didn't go through so we had to just send a check that the company could not or would not keep track of. There is no way to directly contact Ryon. All you can do is text and he will say "I'll look into that" and then you will never hear back. He literally said "I will get back to you ASAP" over a month ago now. They left a ton of trash from the remodel on the side of our house. We had to clean up after them at the end of the job. And then there was just weird stuff... like they painted the walls in semi gloss, they would just leave doors open--not just unlocked--open when they left for the night. Our plumbing started leaking and pooling in the basement near the shutoff valve they were using and they never told us.... Altogether it was just a legendary bad experience.

Andrea was a pleasure to…read morework with and I felt throughout the process that they were deeply invested in making sure the customer is happy with the result, nomatter how many twists and turns of decision-making that entails. The installers were also friendly and efficient. The finished product is slick and clean-looking (note: pics below show gorgeous solid surface counters; ignore the wacky walls and floors, as both rooms are still in progress). They are happy to send you home with lots of samples and you can keep them for a while, taking the time to make the right decision. Tile-setters from a contracted company also did a beautiful job of the tile backsplash. They accidentally scratched the countertops with the tiles, and McKenzie kindly sent some reps in to buff out the scratches for free, which I appreciated. The only thing to be aware of is that their showroom boasts a larger selection of countertops and stone than tile; they do have several major suppliers and access to samples, which they can order for you. But it's worth knowing that they seem to really specialize in stone and solid surface. If they have the tile you want, you couldn't pick a better company to work with.

We are very pleased with the final product and his work process. Ryan is punctual, communicates clearly and proactively, takes pride in his work, and offers an excellent value. His estimate was markedly lower than the other company's, and the final cost was exactly what I expected it to be. Also, the project timeline matched what he told us it would be during his initial estimate visit. No surprises. Just excellent work. While Ryan is not a designer, he was able to offer helpful feedback as I selected tile and designed the configuration. As I said, look no further.
