I had a shower recaulked and a tile counter re grouted. The shower was only caulked around the base so discoloration and peeling was left up the walls and seat. The counter looks worse than it did to start. I understand they only remove a little old grout but it was soo little you see the old thru the new. They did not remove the old caulking, they just smeared grout over it. There are holes and cracks around the sink and the grout wipes out when you wipe the counter. Save yourself a headache and find another company. I have left multiple messages for the owner and district manager and still have not had a return call.I would be happy to share pictures.

A while later we had a pipe leak inside the master bathroom wall, and decided to do an upgrade. Anchor Tile, and Jeremy, again was chosen to do the work, in addition he coordinated the included work of the plumber and carpenter for the items that need to be done by them. We are very pleased with the work that was done and satisfied that the price to do the work was very reasonable. Anchor Tile is highly recommended by us, and we have friends who used Anchor Tile at our suggestion. Rick Young

Even though we keep her in diapers,…read moresometimes it overflows or her diaper falls off, and we had some house sitters who didn't clean up after her too well. You get the picture. Between the stains and odor, our living room had become quite an unpleasant place to spend time. Adam was a straight shooter as far what we could expect from his service, which is about as strong as an endorsement as you could give to someone in this line of work. Adam didn't promise me the world, and I didn't expect it for a level of damage that likely warranted a new carpet or more. However, the result I did receive from Adam's work went above and beyond my expectations and you honestly couldn't tell a hapless lhasa apso-terrier had made the carpet her personal toilet. Anyway, Adam provides quality work. I will be having him return for more carpet cleaning in the future.
