It was agreed that the job wouldn't start until after the first of the year. Tried to contact the company on January 5th. Left a message on the answering machine. No call back. Called again a couple of days later. Still no response. Tried a third time. No call back. I drove out to the showroom a few days later and found it closed and empty. DREYCO had moved out. Managed to track down Tanners mother to find he had moved into a warehouse complex off W.11th. When I arrived the place looked abandoned and the only sign that anything was going on as a small sign on one of the windows. I dug up some other phone numbers and still no call back. I Finally managed make contact with Ceasar to inform him that I had hired another contractor to do the job and wanted a refund. Ceasar agreed and said he would have refund check in the mail on a few days. It arrived a few days later, but failed to cash. Insuffient funds. That was the end of Februay. I'm still holding a bad check on 3/25/2024. I tried to make contact today but no one arrived at the new warehouse location. Next step. . . . Maybe the DA's office to file a formal complaint. I hope I don't have to do that.

The man who came was such an amazing help! He made that carpet look 10 times better than it did when I moved in. He color corrected the red Kool-Aid stains so it looks like they never happened. There was a large black stain in the front entryway when I first moved in, (the carpets had Just been cleaned right before I moved in):and he was able to lift that stain out as well. The carpet that was about 10 years old looked brand new. I have used many carpet cleaning services in the past and none compared to this one. My landlord even made a comment about how good it looked and asked for the name of the service I had used and said she was going to use them in the future.

The floors were not done well, the base boards were incomplete, it was not a deep cleaning. There were many red flags I should have listened. They place got broken into the day they were supposed to come so they cancelled, and said they would call me later in the day to reschedule, that was a Friday. I didn't hear anything, no problem these things happen. But I never got a call back and I actually had to call them on Tuesday to get it rescheduled, and Neal just said so sorry I'm really not a flake. So ok, I get it, things happen. But after the poor cleaning job, I emailed them because they were leaving for vacation. I mapped out all the things that were missed and that I was disappointed for the cleaning. It has now been 3 weeks since I emailed them and I have not heard a peep. So long story short, they are unprofessional and did a very poor job. I would stay far far far away from them.

I realize I am not their only client, and don't consider my job to be any more important than anyone else's. This said, I appreciate the effort. -I did get a refund for them for... something. Not sure what it was for. (See my last "Con" item. Cons: ========================== -We were told that they would charge half the bid in deposit, then they charged the whole thing. In fairness they reversed this charge. -My only sincere complaint is the opacity of their billing. Gosh this is going to sound like I am complaining just to complain, but hear me out. The real issue is I have not yet received a detailed explanation of exactly what I was charged for. When I spoke to the company I was told that prep work went longer than expected, and was told I would get a detailed invoice. Look, I am not going to quibble over the price. I am not looking for a refund I am not due. The fact is I signed the contract, but I want to know where the money went. That is all. They did great work, and I now more than trust them.
