I agreed to work with Dr. Energy Saver back in October, hoping to have the work done before the rains started. However, the work was just completed on December 31. The communication of the team was absolutely horrible - with each of the team members understanding that my project was at different points. I was told it was done multiple times - with the piping above-ground, and an alarm that was supposed to be installed still in the box. Brandon and his team finally got it figured out and did a great job communicating, but there was still confusion between the manager, Sean, and the office staff, who even threatened via phone to put a lean on my home, even though I had been calling and emailing them about the poor work and needing to get the installation completed. Grateful to Brandon for his work, and his respectfully addressing my concerns and caring about me as a customer. I would highly recommend him and his crew. However, the rest of the team really needs to get their communication and customer service addressed - it's very draining (pun intended) to have to manage and check the work you're paying someone else to complete.

After a wildlife company evicted the bats and sealed up everything, the healthiest thing was to perform bat remediation by removing old insulation and have the attic cleaned and disinfected. The crew at ATEZ was amazing! Under cramped conditions, they worked in suits and respirators to remove the insulation, scrub contaminated areas, wiped down everything three times, then sprayed an antibacterial, and finally a seal coat. It is squeaky clean and a relief to be finished with this phase! My wife said that she made him very uncomfortable. Creepy guy I guess. Apparently on the way out the door, he did the slide the hand thing to her when he handed her his card. So what is there to say about my carpets being cleaned? They were no better off than when he first came. He didn't do any pretreating, so stains were still in the carpet and carpet remained dingy. My wife tells me that he had a small tank on his carpet cleaner and never changed out the water on it. So basically he was spreading the filth from one end of the home to throughout the entire home. I got my Hover Steam Vac fixed after this and it did the job that this company could not. Don't use them, please.
