Updating my previous review I gave yesterday. Rob came to our house and fixed all the issues I mentioned earlier review. Clearly it was faulty equipment and wish Titus had recognized that and informed Rob about so it would have not reached this point of discussion. They are responsive to feedback and his office contacted me yesterday and immediately offered me an appointment to come out and fix it. Our technician was Titus, and he knew how to use the right balance of water and extraction to make our home look beautiful. It was a lot of hard work but he did the job right. There was some initial confusion about pricing but they were very friendly and patient in explaining the breakdown and giving me options to choose from to ensure I got a good value for the money. The person who did the cleaning treated my house and my dogs very respectfully. He was friendly and offered some tips and suggestions for post-carpet care as well. Three days after having our carpet and stairs cleaned, we rented a Carpet Doctor machine and re-cleaned the entire carpet ourselves. Pulled out buckets of filthy dirty black water. Not sure what Rob's noisy equipment did, but it certainly did NOT clean the carpets. Waste of money. read more

Harrison showed up on time, with a friendly, professional attitude and a "can do" mentality. My carpets hadn't been shampooed for about 5 years, and since they are light beige, REALLY showed the wear and tear of 5 years of traffic and grime. WOW WHAT GREAT SERVICE!!! I flooded my hallway and after trying to fix it myself. On day three I called Rob at Robs carpet cleaning that morning, he said he could be there at 3pm, at 245 he showed up and went right to work on my problem. He gave me a quote over the phone and honored that quote. Spent about an hour extracting the water and cleaning. He said he would come back on Friday to finish cleaning and pick up the equipment he left for drying the carpet and pad. Friday came, he called about 10a and said he would be there at 1p, 1245 he showed up and notice the carpet wasn't completely dry and readjusted the equipment sprayed some deodorizer under the carpet and made another appointment for Monday. Rob went over and above my expectations. Extremely fair quote. On time and time spent on the job was outstanding. There are a lot of Carpet Cleaner in my area, there is only one I will ever call again. I found out Rob has been in business for 19 years now and doesn't look like he is slowing down.
