We have a diabetic elderly dog that urinates frequently. Even though we keep her in diapers,…read moresometimes it overflows or her diaper falls off, and we had some house sitters who didn't clean up after her too well. You get the picture. Between the stains and odor, our living room had become quite an unpleasant place to spend time. Adam was a straight shooter as far what we could expect from his service, which is about as strong as an endorsement as you could give to someone in this line of work. Adam didn't promise me the world, and I didn't expect it for a level of damage that likely warranted a new carpet or more. However, the result I did receive from Adam's work went above and beyond my expectations and you honestly couldn't tell a hapless lhasa apso-terrier had made the carpet her personal toilet. Anyway, Adam provides quality work. I will be having him return for more carpet cleaning in the future.

This was after I had spent countless hours scrubbing the carpet with bleach water and Lysol. The young man who showed up was very friendly and offered to clean the one side of my bed for free. Technician (William) did an excellent job, was profession and very polite; the disclosure of…read morespecialized services compared to standard services by a scheduling team member was weak; yet the manager for the local team in my area (franchised) made everything right. I would just recommend that potential customers ask detailed questions related to services that they are purchasing. I.e., what is included (what do I get exactly) for the costs of the service I am scheduling, what else would you recommend I consider of the services you offer (if any)? Will what you recommend achieve the desired outcome after all services are complete? What are the guarantees of satisfaction for your services and is that in writing? Is there a local number to contact with any concerns about the services received, just in case. I have no doubt that they will be forthcoming with all the above - if it is asked, it just needs to be asked unfortunately.
