Saw the positive reviews on Oxi Fresh and decided to see what they were going to quote, and it came back at $255. I decided to chat with a rep to confirm the quote would cover the rooms/stairs I was wanting done, and it was confirmed. I even then got an appointment for the next morning, which was wonderful. Two gentlemen, John and Braiden showed up the next morning, and after walking them through the rooms, I kept expecting them to come back and say the quote wasn't valid, but that wasn't the case. I signed a document stating the $255 was the final price. They got immediately to work, and they were fantastic. They were in and out of here in less than 2 hours, did an AMAZING job, were truly professional through the whole process, and the carpet dried in just a few hours, as they promised. I've been using him for years and have never been disappointed. I always get my carpets cleaned after Super Bowl. It's just my thing. Especially when we have lots of people over. Shaking his hand, I was immediately impressed with a man who knows his business (carpet cleaning) and believes in doing the job right no matter how long it takes or what it takes. I just got that "feeling". Asking if he could squeeze our house in later today, he said "Sure, I've got a few more hours on this house. Then I want to grab a quick bite to eat, but I can fit you guys in. Yes, that would be great. Thank you for the opportunity to work two jobs into this one location. I'm out of Metolius so this is a bit of a drive down here to Bend." He gave us a bid of $200 to clean the stairs, bonus room, master and 2 bedrooms. Plus the common area linking all the upstairs rooms. It sounded like a fair deal to me and combined with how enthusiastically our neighbor recommended him, I said "Great! Let's do it." My wife and I rushed to clear the rooms for cleaning, stacking furniture and tucking up bed skirts. We needed to get back to work and I felt COMPLETELY comfortable leaving Christopher to attend to the carpets in our absence. I had seen our neighbor come and go leaving him to work alone for most of the time he was over at their place. Plus, Christopher just struck me as a decent, honest, hard working type of man. Completely trustworthy. He said it would probably take him several hours to do the job and might not be finished before 6:30 or 7pm that evening. No problem. We were planning on working late anyway since we had taken the morning off. I paid him the $200 ahead of time in case we missed each other before he finished and we got home. We got back to our house shortly after 7:30 and we must have just passed each other. I could see the water run off down the street from where he had pulled away moments earlier. He really did spend several hours on our upstairs. I was impressed. Examining his work, it was...in a word...remarkable. I'm embarrassed to say that we hadn't professionally cleaned our upstairs carpets in...er...uh...years and he made them look like NEW! I could tell that Christopher put his heart and soul into doing the job right and making absolutely certain that since this was HIS business, his NAME was on it. A rare thing these days. Within the specified period of time for drying I could tell that the issue was most definitely not resolved and let their office know. Their process is unique in the sense that their extraction device has a circular buffing pad that after educating myself I realize is not standard in the industry for a good reason; it doesn't work and potentially damages carpet fibers.

When I went to get my house back in order, there was a huge portion in my living room they did not get, and my bedroom where it was the worst did not look clean. Now that it has been 3 weeks, it doesn't feel like anything was cleaned. My friend had their entire house cleaned by another company and it cost them less than it cost me to have just a small portion of mine done with this company. I hate that I have to give a negative review, and I tried to just let it go, but that is a lot of money for what feels like nothing.
