Our neighbor was having their carpets cleaned yesterday. Striking up a conversation, I asked who was providing the service and she said, "I'm not sure of company, but his name is Christopher and he does a fantastic job. I've been using him for years and have never been disappointed. I always get my carpets cleaned after Super Bowl. It's just my thing. Especially when we have lots of people over. Want to go in an meet him?" So, I went in to meet Christopher. Shaking his hand, I was immediately impressed with a man who knows his business (carpet cleaning) and believes in doing the job right no matter how long it takes or what it takes. I just got that "feeling". Asking if he could squeeze our house in later today, he said "Sure, I've got a few more hours on this house. Then I want to grab a quick bite to eat, but I can fit you guys in. Yes, that would be great. Thank you for the opportunity to work two jobs into this one location. I'm out of Metolius so this is a bit of a drive down here to Bend." He gave us a bid of $200 to clean the stairs, bonus room, master and 2 bedrooms. Plus the common area linking all the upstairs rooms. It sounded like a fair deal to me and combined with how enthusiastically our neighbor recommended him, I said "Great! Let's do it." My wife and I rushed to clear the rooms for cleaning, stacking furniture and tucking up bed skirts. We needed to get back to work and I felt COMPLETELY comfortable leaving Christopher to attend to the carpets in our absence. I had seen our neighbor come and go leaving him to work alone for most of the time he was over at their place. Plus, Christopher just struck me as a decent, honest, hard working type of man. Completely trustworthy. He said it would probably take him several hours to do the job and might not be finished before 6:30 or 7pm that evening. No problem. We were planning on working late anyway since we had taken the morning off. I paid him the $200 ahead of time in case we missed each other before he finished and we got home. We got back to our house shortly after 7:30 and we must have just passed each other. I could see the water run off down the street from where he had pulled away moments earlier. He really did spend several hours on our upstairs. I was impressed. Examining his work, it was...in a word...remarkable. I'm embarrassed to say that we hadn't professionally cleaned our upstairs carpets in...er...uh...years and he made them look like NEW! I could tell that Christopher put his heart and soul into doing the job right and making absolutely certain that since this was HIS business, his NAME was on it. A rare thing these days. It feels so good to write this 100% satisfied review. We will definitely be calling Christopher and Busy Bee Cleans next year for an annual service. read more

Christopher from Busy Bee Cleans was great to work with! We have a large living room/dining room area that was in desperate need of a clean. Old, rental carpets, two kids and a husky, means we had plenty of spills and spots to go around. Christopher was able to almost completely eradicate all of the stains, some of which have been there forever. We loved working with Christopher and look forward to doing business with him again in the future. read more

Christopher Thompson's Busy Bee Clean - You can clearly see what has been shampooed. The small, rectangle had furniture there and hadn't been cleaned yet. What a huge difference! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Tried Busy Bee out because of a Do-Local-Deal special - I thought he'd be able to take my old stained grungy carpet to maybe - clean, but still stained carpet. I was really surprised that the stains disappeared because I've had the carpets cleaned before by a different service. The rotating head on the cleaner works magic! Chris was professional, thorough and easy to work with. I'll use them again - even without the local deal. read more

Christopher Thompson's Busy Bee Clean - Chris took my carpet from stained to clean!!! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

We had our carpets cleaned by Christopher a few months back and he did a great job. We have a couple animals so the carpets take a beating. Afterwards they were clean and fluffy as desired. I also appreciate the non-toxic use of chemicals. I would recommend Busy Bee for your carpet cleaning needs. read more

Christopher did a super job on our carpets. They look terrific. I really like the fact that he explains that if anything begins to begin to show up next day or so he will come back and take care of it. We had a fruit smoothie spill on a yellow toned carpet and it came right out and I haven't seen it again. Christopher is a pro! read more

Busy Bee Cleans and Christopher does an incredible job! He went above and bond in cleaning our carpets. We never used him before, but chose him based off reviews, and we are so glad we did! Our carpets look and feel brand new. We were actually amazed to see the difference, and we didn't think they were too bad to begin with. We got the full house carpet cleaning, plus full house carpet protectant (since we have a child and three pets). We'll worth it! Christopher worked so hard. We're very impressed. We will definitely call this company for our next cleaning! read more

It took a while to get scheduled due to weather issues and equipment issues. But when we finally did get an appointment set up, the service was excellent. My couch and carpet practically sparkled. read more

3 kids, 1 outdoorsy husband and a dog mean filthy carpets. I got a great deal on carpet cleaning with Busy Bee through Do Local Deals. After a bit of a rocky start with appointment setting, Chris came out and worked a miracle on my cheap rental carpets. I usually try to Rug Doctor my carpets 1 or 2 times a year, but the stains would creep back within days. It's been weeks since Chris did my carpets, and they still look pretty darn good! My carpets used to give me the WORST anxiety. Now, I'm not embarrassed to have people over! I recommend Busy Bee. read more

Christopher Thompson's Busy Bee Clean - Befores on the left, afters on the right. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

The man that does the carpet cleaning is friendly and answers his phone and all questions promptly. The carpet we had him clean had several bad pet stains and he guaranteed he could get most of them out with one being questionable. He said he would come back and reclean if necessary. He did a fabulous job the first time with no touch up required. We had another local company clean the carpets prior to this and Busy bee was the clear winner. Great job, we will call again. read more

Busy Bee has done an excellent cleaning job on our carpets twice! We are very pleased with the quality of his work. The last time he cleaned the carpets we also had him do the upholstery in our TV room where we spend most of our evenings with our 4 legged friends! Amazing! Like NEW! One of Busy Bee's best feature is that he will work on our carpets when we are away! He calls when he starts and let's us know when he has completed the job! Quality! read more

We got our couches cleaned and they turned out amazing! After 3 kids worth of use, I was starting to lose hope hope in them. However, after a good cleaning - and lots of attention to detail - I think these now have another 7 years in them! He did such a great job that we are using him for our carpets at the end of the summer! read more

Chris was great! I've had another company and myself try to clean my carpets and NOTHING compared. My carped looks brand new. Highly recommend using Busy Bee! I was so lucky Chris was able to accommodate me last minute and flexible with my schedule!! He took his time and cared for my carpet like no one else. Definitely will continue using Busy Bee!! read more

We are new to the area and had read his reviews. He was on time, careful with our furniture and did a very good job. I would highly recommend him. read more

Really appreciated Christopher throughout the whole process, from the initial call to the follow up call. Cleaned carpets before we moved into our new house to get rid of several years of pet odor and hair. You wouldn't know now! There was a mix up with the water at the house and Christopher was very accommodating and rearranged his schedule to come back the next day. Thank you so much! Will definitely use Busy Bee again in the future. read more

I called Busy Bee based on all the great reviews on Yelp to take care of a couple of sofas that were in dire need of cleaning. Christopher answered my email immediately and quoted me a very reasonable price. He showed up on time, was a super nice guy and did a great job for the quoted price. They were covered in dog hair and had a bit of odor to match and he made them look (and smell) like new! I highly recommend. read more

Had the pleasure of working with Christoper and Amos to clean my living room carpet, stairs, hallway, and one bedroom. From the initial experience (they were 15 minutes early) to the final goodbye, this was an overall excellent experience. They initially came by to inspect what they were going to clean. After this, they started vacuuming and then onto the carpet cleaning. And it only took about an hour and a half total. The thing I was the most impressed with was how many layers they did to get the job done. Normally you may see them vacuum once and then go over it with the cleaner and that's it. They used a fork to pick out the hairs, a buffer, a vacuum, and some other tools I hadn't seen before. Pardon the rambling, but this was just an all out wonderful and cost-effective experience. I will definitely use them again when I need it. Highly recommended! read more

Christopher was able to work us into his schedule quickly and spent a good 3 hours scrubbing our carpets with his rotary machine! We had some spots we worried about but Christopher was able get them out. He let us know that sometimes spot will resurface and if they reappear we should let him know and he will stop by and try to get the last bit out. We will definitely be using Christopher again! read more

Christopher does great work. Many carpet cleaning firms use only a wand. A wand is fine on newer or lightly soiled carpets. Christopher uses a high end rotary machine that works miracles on old and heavily soiled carpets. I highly recommend Busy Bee! read more
