Our neighbor was having their carpets cleaned yesterday. Striking up a conversation, I asked who was providing the service and she said, "I'm not sure of company, but his name is Christopher and he does a fantastic job. I've been using him for years and have never been disappointed. I always get my carpets cleaned after Super Bowl. It's just my thing. Especially when we have lots of people over. Want to go in an meet him?" So, I went in to meet Christopher. Shaking his hand, I was immediately impressed with a man who knows his business (carpet cleaning) and believes in doing the job right no matter how long it takes or what it takes. I just got that "feeling". Asking if he could squeeze our house in later today, he said "Sure, I've got a few more hours on this house. Then I want to grab a quick bite to eat, but I can fit you guys in. Yes, that would be great. Thank you for the opportunity to work two jobs into this one location. I'm out of Metolius so this is a bit of a drive down here to Bend." He gave us a bid of $200 to clean the stairs, bonus room, master and 2 bedrooms. Plus the common area linking all the upstairs rooms. It sounded like a fair deal to me and combined with how enthusiastically our neighbor recommended him, I said "Great! Let's do it." My wife and I rushed to clear the rooms for cleaning, stacking furniture and tucking up bed skirts. We needed to get back to work and I felt COMPLETELY comfortable leaving Christopher to attend to the carpets in our absence. I had seen our neighbor come and go leaving him to work alone for most of the time he was over at their place. Plus, Christopher just struck me as a decent, honest, hard working type of man. Completely trustworthy. He said it would probably take him several hours to do the job and might not be finished before 6:30 or 7pm that evening. No problem. We were planning on working late anyway since we had taken the morning off. I paid him the $200 ahead of time in case we missed each other before he finished and we got home. We got back to our house shortly after 7:30 and we must have just passed each other. I could see the water run off down the street from where he had pulled away moments earlier. He really did spend several hours on our upstairs. I was impressed. Examining his work, it was...in a word...remarkable. I'm embarrassed to say that we hadn't professionally cleaned our upstairs carpets in...er...uh...years and he made them look like NEW! I could tell that Christopher put his heart and soul into doing the job right and making absolutely certain that since this was HIS business, his NAME was on it. A rare thing these days. It feels so good to write this 100% satisfied review. We will definitely be calling Christopher and Busy Bee Cleans next year for an annual service. read more

Had the pleasure of working with Christoper and Amos to clean my living room carpet, stairs, hallway, and one bedroom. From the initial experience (they were 15 minutes early) to the final goodbye, this was an overall excellent experience. They initially came by to inspect what they were going to clean. After this, they started vacuuming and then onto the carpet cleaning. And it only took about an hour and a half total. The thing I was the most impressed with was how many layers they did to get the job done. Normally you may see them vacuum once and then go over it with the cleaner and that's it. They used a fork to pick out the hairs, a buffer, a vacuum, and some other tools I hadn't seen before. Pardon the rambling, but this was just an all out wonderful and cost-effective experience. Christopher was able to work us into his schedule quickly and spent a good 3 hours scrubbing our carpets with his rotary machine! We had some spots we worried about but Christopher was able get them out. He let us know that sometimes spot will resurface and if they reappear we should let him know and he will stop by and try to get the last bit out. I discovered him on accident, looking up reviews for something else, and all his reviews were so glowing that I knew that I had stumbled onto someone special. I was in serious need of a carpet cleaning and now, just days afterwards, I smile again as I can walk barefoot on my clean carpet (nobody can wear shoes now!) Christopher does great work. Many carpet cleaning firms use only a wand. A wand is fine on newer or lightly soiled carpets. Christopher uses a high end rotary machine that works miracles on old and heavily soiled carpets. I highly recommend Busy Bee! read more
