Greenlee roofing screwed me out of $3400.00 with. Complete incompetenc, leaving my indoor arena leaking as badly or more badly than when they started. The crew that came out and spent 3 days at my place was either stoned or stupid. I'm still not sure what they actually did during their time but it served no purpose. We are extremely pleased with the new roof that Greenlee installed on the 5 cottages and the 5 car garage building at our condominium complex. Cary Greenlee was very courteous, patient, and honest with his inspection and bid. He even said we could wait a few years if we wanted before getting a new roof. Korey at the office was also very patient and followed up regularly as we obtained additional bids. Cary presented several roofing options and his bid was the most competitive. They worked with our project manager (also a contractor) throughout the project. These folks were amazing! All time considered they finished our Duplex in less than 2 days. The demolition team led buy I believe Jose, he and his team were on top of it ;) , they took off the old roof in no time at all then cleaned up the waste and were on their way in record time and were friendly as could be, even in 94 degree heat!. Next were the delivery guys who brought the new roof supplies, friendly and courteous all the way! And the dream team of Nick and Alex "Nailed It" with there skills and speed, A true Dynamic Duo! I had a quick but pleasant experience with Greenlee Roofing. I messaged 2 places about looking at my roof, both offered a free consult but Greenlee Roofing stood out by being available the following day. I had someone come out and they gave me their professional opinion and low cost options which did not even involve me hiring them. As a company that sells skills, I find it invaluable to a customer when there is quick response times and an attitude that is based on the customers best interest. If I have any roofing needs, despite cost, I will be going to Greenly Roofing. Maybe it will cost more than their competition, but they have gained my trust and to me that is invaluable. Mon night they called to say they'd be here Tues at 8am. They actually arrived at 9am with a large crew. One man knocked on the door to let us know they'd arrived. He put a mask on after I did. No one else had 1 on. We told them the roof was ready and to go ahead and start. It was noisy but we understood. They laid canvases around the perimeter and got to work taking off the old shingles and paper. The only bad thing that happened was 1 of them accidentally lifted the skylight and dirt and debris fell into our bathroom. Once I saw that, I went outside and told the workers. They apologized and offered to come inside to clean it up but with the pandemic I said no. Then later, they lifted the skylight again and this time a cigarette ash fell onto the bathroom floor. All I could do was laugh. Who smokes while on a customer's roof?! At the end of the day all the paper and shingles were off, the new paper was down and the new shingles were delivered to the roof by a large truck with a crane attached. They cleaned up beautifully. I especially appreciated the large magnet they had on a stick that picked up all the staples. They all left without letting us know what time they'd return Wed. Wed, day 2 - When no one showed up in the morning, my husband emailed them. Finally around 11:45am one man showed up. I only knew he was here because I heard him on the roof. I walked outside and it was just 1 person. He waved and started working. He stayed until 5:45pm. He was thorough and worked quickly but I was afraid for him because he was by himself. Again, clean up was done perfectly. Thurs, day 3 - 7:45am the same 1 man came back and again, I only knew he was here because I heard him on the roof. He continued where he left off laying shingles. Again, I worried for his safety, even though he was tethered to the roof. He left at 5:45pm. Fri, day 4 - The same 1 man arrived at 7:30am. Again, I heard him before I saw him. He did the rest of the shingles and finished up with our new roof. He cleaned up and was gone by 11am. The only thing I didn't like was the boxes, leftover shingles and a plank of wood with nails sticking out of it that were left in a pile to be picked up Sat morning. Overall, the roof looks great and the job was done. I just feel making 1 person work alone to do the entire job of installation was not safe. If a full crew had worked on day 2, the job could have been done quicker. read more

These guys replaced my roof IN FEBRUARY, when part of my roof was coming off and snow was a coming... Who does that? Amazing. They did it in 3 days too. And they were amazingly flexible on the financing. I cannot recommend GreenLee enough. They are a family owned, local company who was recommended to me by a native Bendite, a real estate agent, who knows about these things. I hired Greenlee Roofing to replace my 30 y/o tile roof with asphalt shingles. They did an outstanding job! Removing the tiles was a real difficult job and my home is quite large. The staff were friendly and the work crew professional, on time, and extremely high quality. When a question came up, they asked vs. just assuming and moving on. I really appreciated that. Special callout to Juan who hung the shingles. He showed up at 7:30AM sharp every day and did not leave until 6:30. I think he took a 15-minute lunch too. Cary & Mandi were great to work with. We had hail damage and he was quick to come assess our damage after the storm. The insurance investigator quoted much less to repair and Cary met with them at our home to point out the issues to get the insurance to cover everything. Cary went back and forth with our insurance so that we didn't need to pay anything for the needed repairs which was greatly appreciated. The team that came to do the work were very courteous and conscientious of our home and yard and deck. They strove to clean up daily around our place. The final project looks great. read more
