I am beyond pleased with the work NWQR did on my roof replacement. They were efficient, tidy, hard-working and personable. I felt confident that the integrity of my roof sheathing was assessed appropriately and that I had been given an accurate assessment of ventilation requirements. Any concerns/questions I had were addressed in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. A shout out to Francisco, Craig, and Travis. read more

Called three times in a week. No one answered the phone. Everything goes to voicemail. Staff cannot seem to return calls. When they finally did, I mentioned my difficulty with getting return calls. Gretchen was snarky and told me twice if I had a bad taste in my mouth maybe they weren't the company I should trust to do my work. What ever happened to people who know how to move on when they have had a misstep? I never said anything about any taste in my mouth, but she did twice! I only complimented their website and explained my disappointing experience and recommended they strengthen their perception to prospective customers by answering the phone and returning calls. Lost an opportunity to replace my insurance covered roof. Not a good way to do business!! read more

From the initial estimate process, to getting scheduled and getting installation day set up, I highly recommend this company. They made it seamless, and provided lots of info regarding my questions for the process. It's so hard to find a reputable company in Bend that actually do what they say, but they definitely want above and beyond. And the quality of the work was excellent. read more

I was beyond impressed with everyone involved from my initial request for a quote to the awesome crew sent to do the job. The office staff always kept me advised of the timeline for each step, the estimator was timely, efficient and very informative, and I can't say enough about the crew that left our roof and grounds around the house far better than when they arrived. I would definitely recommend NWQR for any installs or repairs. read more

This company does it right! Matt responded quickly to my call with a very competitive bid and his crew arrived on the dot at 8am on the scheduled day. They worked hard all day and delivered a quality repair, replacement, and installation for my multiple gutter problems. Everyone I talked to was courteous and complete in their explanations. After the winter we had in March 2019, these guys have been busy and rightfully so! They are the best. read more

Northwest Quality Roofing fixed my gutters (that another roofing company had incorrectly installed) and did a superlative job. Matt Harmon was the technician and he was excellent! Showed up on time, thoroughly checked our entire gutter system and addressed the problems in the same visit. The cost was very reasonable and we have had no problems since. This is a company and technician that I will trust with all of my future roofing needs. read more

We had a skylight leaking into the middle of our bed at 9PM. I franticly reached out to 3 different roofing companies. Gretchen got back to my at 6:30am the next morning to schedule a crew to come out right away. I was so relieved. The two technicians were wonderful and treater my home as if it were theres. read more

Once again, I can't voice my support highly enough. We asked for a quote on an issue with the flashing on our roof and they sent someone the same week as our request. The young man who came out was prompt and professional. He not only found a much more affordable, reasonable solution to the flashing issue than we were expecting but also found two areas on the roof that were problematic that we hadn't noticed. He solved an issue that the original builders had created and put it into the quote at a very reasonable price for all 3 issues and saved us a ton in preventative maintenance. We booked an appointment and received two email reminders. The roofer arrived 10 minutes early (unheard of usually with contractors) and was courteous to us, our dog, and our house. I found this company because of Yelp and I am so glad to recommend them again. If you need a professional, prompt, courtesy and reliable roofing company, this is the one. read more

I can give Northwest Roofing the highest rating - everyone connected with this company was exceptional - Gretchen in the office, Horatio and Francisco and the crew of 6 exceptionally hard working men who gave me a beautiful roof - working long hours in very cold weather and completed the job in a little over 2 days. Several men came by to inspect the finished project and sent workers to replace a gutter, which I hadn't requested. It is obvious this team takes great pride in their work, and it shows. read more

On a very windy day, a tall pine tree fell into my roof--branches were visible in my living room ceiling. Two days after I called the office, a crew came out, repaired all of the damage under the roof, replaced the shingles and cleaned up the debris. The crew took photographs of the interior damage and the office coordinated with my insurance company. Their help was invaluable at a time when I really needed it. This is a great company to work with! read more

We contacted Northwest Quality Roofing to get a 3rd party opinion on quality of roof install for a new home that we purchased in Bend. I was able to reach a person directly on my first call. They were able to send Horacio Morales within two days. Horacio provided a concise assessment the same day and provided documentation and photos. And there was no charge for this service. We were extremely pleased with the response time and result. And we will definitely work with this company on any future roofing needs. read more

I had Jake from NW Quality Roofing out to my home today to assess what I thought was an issue with a roof or gutter leak. After looking at the situation, he determined it was actually a leaking window seal. Although this did not result in a repair that his company would be handling, he referred me to a local company that would take care of this. Within two hours of Jake's arrival, I already have an appointment with the window and door company he recommended. When it comes time for a new roof or gutters, I will absolutely be calling Jake and his team at Northwest Quality Roofing. Thank you for arriving on time, listening to my explanation of the problem, and explaining the cause from your perspective. read more

Trailhead Property Management hired Northwest roofing to re-do the roof on the 4-place townhome I live in. They moved all of my patio furniture into the middle of the yard without putting it back, left roofing scraps everywhere, nails everywhere, were impolite while they were here, rescheduled and then took a day longer than they said they would. Hire people that have honor and integrity, and finish a job by leaving things better than they found them, not worse. I didn't find that with these guys. read more

Northwest Quality Roofing recently completed a roofing/gutter project on our home and we were completely pleased with the from start to finish. Everyone that we interacted with was friendly, helpful, responsive and courteous. The crews that did the work were respectful and did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. They completed the job in less time than was originally stated and made sure we were satisfied with the work. We would definitely recommend them for roofing/gutter work. read more

Having been stood up, literally, by another local Bend roofer in 2017, following the ice dam debacle winter of 2016, I was concerned I would not find a quality contractor to install the metal roof I wanted to replace the old composite roof on my home in Three Rivers. In addition, I wanted a metal installation on a house with a complex design. Other companies walked away, whereas Northwest embraced the job. From day one, they assisted in getting the right color, kept in regular contact (important as I am a remote owner) updated me, and made me feel like a valued customer. I was very pleased at the time invested in the job to get it right. At the end of the job, they worked with me to add snow fences, and to make an adjustment for some interior finish work not in the bid. The job superintendent met me at the home, reviewed the work, and saw that all touch up painting was done. NW also supplied opening skylights for the same price as the fixed units they had bid. Kudos to Craig, Gretchen, and the entire team. They do great work - on time - on budget, and with a great approach to service. read more

Very professional on bid/ quote. Waiting on install to be completed

Great company, organized, professional and fast. We had a home we bought as second owners that had faulty shingles. NW Quality Roofing took care of all the warranty paperwork and got most of the roofing covered under the warranty. It took them only 2 days to do the roof and they cleaned up and did a great job! read more

Very pleased with response from Northwest QR for a return visit to fix an aesthetic issue with their original roof repair! They were responsive, professional, and thorough. We really appreciate this kind of service. Highly recommend this company. read more

I needed some cracked concrete roof tiles replaced so called Northwest Quality Roofing. A very nice lady answered the phone, and scheduled the repair that day. She called back a week prior to the appointment to give me a specific time window. The two repairman showed up on-time and had the job done within an hour (I had spare replacement tiles already). Bend is a great place to live, but getting repairmen to call you back, particularly for small jobs, can be frustrating. NQR was a refreshing change. read more

This company is excellent. They replaced my entire roof, found the leak over the garage, protected the plants around the house while doing the work, and cleaned everything up at the end. I highly recommend. read more

Big thank you to Craig at Northwest Quality Roofing for helping us out today! Two feet of new snow on our roof covered our furnace exhaust vent which meant no heat. With more snow on the way and single digit temps coming tonight we called these guys to see if they had anyone to shovel the snow away from our second story vent. All their crews were already booked so Craig volunteered to leave his warm office to help us out. Huge, huge thank you! read more

Right off the top, Northwest Quality Roofing is the most professional company we have experienced in Bend since we moved here in 1992. Everyone we have talked to around the neighborhood has stated what a great reputation this business has, and it is well-deserved. For example, on the NextDoor.com site, NWQR has the largest number of positive recommendations. We had to wait a while before they could come by to give an estimate, but they didn't forget us. Amazingly, we felt NWQR had the most straightforward quote process and a very competitive bid. (Other roofers wanted as much as $3,000 over NWQR's quote.) At every step of the way, this company has been communicative and accountable. The crews are very hard-working and everyone is very conscious about the cleanup of the site. They make sure no corners are cut and all the work is grade A. In the end, we felt Northwest Quality Roofing exceeded our expectations in all respects. How often do you get to say that? read more

I called NW Quality Roofing to check out a couple of spots that had been patched on the roof of a home that I just purchased. Horacio arrived on time and was very professional. He checked the patches and found 1 needed some attention. He promptly fixed the problem. I will be using them when it comes time to replace the roof. read more

We have a home in Bend while I am stationed overseas and I got a call from our tenants saying after a windstorm they thought the metal roof was damaged. I called Gretchen at NW Quality Roofing and they were able to get Jake out the next day to inspect it. I was expecting a best case scenario of a few hundred bucks with the real possibility of it being much. Jake inspected the roof and said that it was structurally sound and then told me the history on that style of roof and why is sounded loud in high winds as well who made it and where he lived, he's incredibly informed. He told me a repair he could do that would eliminate the noise in high winds but I deferred and asked if I could just pay him for the inspection which he did on a Saturday but he declined payment. I couldn't believe it. Not only are they an extremely generous company, they are a very knowledgeable roofing company who showed up on time and with an incredible business ethics model. I cant say enough about them. read more

Craig and crew did a great job on my roof replacement and the finished product looks great. The crew was very friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with. This winter Bend had an unusual weather system that resulted in ice dams forming on many roofs. In spite of the fact that this problem has nothing to do with workmanship Northwest still sent out a crew at their expense to help solve the problem. Well done guys you have a lifetime fan and promoter of your company. read more

Jake was great to work with and the crew that came out was excellent. We had eight skylights fixed or replaced and some other flashing issues corrected. The crew which came out worked hard and a kept a very clean work site while working and on leaving each evening. I have found no nails what-so-ever in the yard, which is amazing. The work looks great and I am now confident winter will not cause us any issues. The cost was reasonable and well worth what we paid. We could not be happier and I will be recommending them to my brother for a job he needs done. read more

After trying to get a roofer to respond to my calls, I finally hit on Northwest Quality Roofing. The office responded quickly and had someone out to look at my roof later that same day. I requested quotes for both repair and a new roof, and never felt pressured to go with the more expensive job. But they were so good to work with, I did get the new roof. The work was done on time, done well, and the work site was left very, very clean. I had to do a lot of transactions long distance via phone and computer, and that worked out quite well. I can't say enough about Craig, who priced out the project and did the final inspection at the end, or the crew. Great folks all. As someone else said on this site: "Fast. Professional. Reliable. Reasonable prices. Everything you want in a company but rarely find anymore." I fully concur. read more
