It does not get better than this. We used B&R for gutters on two homes here in Bend. We've been in this one for going on ten years and last winter we had our first small gutter problem. Stuff happens. The "oops" had nothing to do with B&R, rather an awkward roof tie in design from the house designer. When we called with our little SOS, no emergency we said but needing work, owner Richard was out the next day to assess the work needing to be done. A day after that, three very nice guys showed up to do the work. Although there was front porch "stuff" in the way for them and landscaping in the mix they were so careful with both that you'd never know, except for the fixed gutter, they'd ever been there. If you've worked with other gutter companies that mangle landscaping as they do their work, you'll know how extraordinary a thing it is to have folks be as careful are the B&R crew. Not to mention how unusual it can be for a business to absolutely stand behind their work as do owners Richard and Jean. Not to mention how delightful it is to have your call taken or immediately returned. As added bonus, Richard is a just darned fun personality. Together he and my hubby have solved many of the local government's problems when bumping into each other at a local market's wine tasting table. Big jobs, small jobs, tricky angles,standard installs, tall projects, they do it all and do it with "A plus" outcome. Every person we know who has used B&R Gutters sings their praises. They won't be the cheapest gutter bid in town. But I'd wager for experience (they've been in Bend since 1978, through boom and bust) and quality outcome they are the best. I would put zero stars if I could. We just moved into a home here in Bend and called B&R to get an estimate to clean our gutters. We were left with a "contract" on our doorstep which stated "Worst laid out gutter system I have ever seen. We dont want to touch this one". REALLY!?!? The house is only six years old. According to the house inspector its in excellent shape. If you cant work it or or most likely, don't know how, just say so. This type of note is unprofessional and not necessary. read more

I would definitely not recommend this company. The owner sent people out to fix our gutters - no call ahead. They installed incorrectly and even asked for zip ties to fix their mistakes. The owner looked over the work and agreed it was not done correctly. I asked that they call when they would return. Waited 3 weeks and no call & when I contacted the response was there was no fix order. The owner is rude and a poor businessman. read more

I had bad experience with this company and the LACK of communication with getting a set date then they show up on a different day and time. They took only an hour which is nice but the quality work was not there. Then we had our first down pour the water went everywhere except thorough the gutters they sealed and put extensions on. I ended having more problems then before. I was not able to reach out to them until the next day and by this time I was treated like I'm just wasting their time. When telling and showing video what happen they ask me well was the ran falling hard or light ( which to me what does this have to do with anything.IT RAINED. Then I was told they will get to me when they can. Once they showed up I was told well it looked fine to him and said I might need to clean my GUTTERS ok but don't you think the ones that come over that day would of said something to me if this was part of the issue???????? Then I get another msg say I have a few min. to call him back and then he will be leaving my place. Wanting to see if I wanted to PAY him to cleaning them or " quote " you can do it yourself and save a few $$$$$. B & R Gutters did a fantastic job on my gutter installation in Sunriver. I grew up in Michigan were it snows a lot and it is very cold during the winter. I know the importance of gutters and having them installed correctly as my father and brother are journeyman carpenters, so I've been around construction a lot. The gutters installed by B & R are installed the way gutters should be installed. The mounting brackets are spaced close enough to make the gutter strong and sturdy. The slope of each run is calculated so the water will run out the way it should. I am very pleased with B & R Gutters and I highly recommend them for your gutter needs. read more

When we were getting bids for our gutters, I was surprised at the negative reviews because I had several friends & other professionals who worked on our house recommend B & R Gutters quite highly. To begin, it is hard to even get a company to show up let alone give a bid that you wouldn't be nauseated to consider. They were prompt with stopping by our home & bidding despite that we live in a remote location. The couple times I needed to call, I got a live human to answer. We were warned that they would be scheduling a few months out & then the winter from hell hit. However once we let them know our house was accessible again they came to do the job. It was done quickly & well. The crew was friendly, answered all my questions & cleaned up after themselves. We had one gutter which pinged - no fault of theirs I hadn't realized putting it along the master bath would make it audible in our room at night. So they gave me options for how to correct it & did the job very well to completion. Price was also very reasonable. I think Richard is just a very honest, blunt & "tells it how it is" person. Which I find refreshing. Give me the bottom line any day over someone who feeds you full of crap & then rips you off. read more
