This company does not have a business license in Bend yet conducting "business". My wife scheduled Crystal Clear Cleaning for a 10:00 AM window cleaning appointment. Around 9:30 AM, they called to say they had arrived early. She told them she would be home by 10:00 and specifically asked them not to block the driveway because she needed access to the garage. When she arrived at 10:00, the two technicians had already entered our private property and started working before anyone was home. One had a ladder blocking the garage. Both men were wearing earpieces, making it difficult to get their attention. After several attempts, my wife lightly tapped the ladder so the technician would hear her and asked him to move it. Instead of a professional response, he said, "Yeah, I got nothin' better to do." When she told him that he was on private property and that speaking to a customer that way was inappropriate, he replied, "You f...n' tapped my ladder." The other technician then said, "Let's leave," and my wife agreed. They left after only partially cleaning one upstairs window, leaving it streaked and looking worse than before. Since then, we've received repeated phone calls, and someone from the company came to our home pounding on our front door. We never signed a contract, and based on our experience, we cannot recommend Crystal Clear Cleaning. We encourage others to use caution before hiring this company. read more

ONE STAR Just for the shock & awe that this guy has been in business for 28 year and we've used them for 6 years til dealing with Chris, owner. For 6 years I have given this business complete access to our home even when we were thousands of miles away. I trusted them! But unfortunately, the last time our windows were cleaned the job was not to our satisfaction as usual. I called Amy (best thing they have going!) and we schedule to have someone come back out to redo. The day of the cleaning I was still asleep at 8a when owner, Chris arrived instead of around 10a as was schedule. Aggressive, bitter and griping for the inconvenience of the hour drive (great way to wake up!), CHRIS MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE IN MY OWN HOME! Months later Chris called to collect on an invoice we were late to pay sent via email. I provided payment over the phone. HE THEN THREATENED TO ADD A $100 TIP since he "had to" drive an hour to clean up a shotty job by HIS employees! When I questioned him and called him out on being professional Chris got more agitated to which point I hung up. He called back several times, left a message saying "You misunderstood me. It was just a joke, I was kidding you!" Don't you hate that stuff?! I sure do! He attempted to connect through a different number minutes later. I BLOCKED all the numbers. CHRIS, One thing's for sure it's CRYSTAL CLEAR I'll NEVER USE you or any business you ever own again! read more

They showed up on time, cleaned all windows spotlessly inside and out, and were done in less than an hour. I've recommended them to others on my block. I have used Crystal Clear Cleaning for several years and I'm never sorry. Sam showed up on what was looking like a rainy June morning and let me know about their rain "touch up" service. Sure enough, just as he finished the inside of the house, it started to rain. He suggested that he might return a few days later and that was wonderful as it allowed us to power wash the exterior over the weekend. Crystal Clear did a great job on our multi-story house. We have about 100 windows, even small transom windows that they cleaned great. They had no problem reaching our 2nd story from 40' below. I can't recommend them highly enough - should get 6 stars. I've used them for years and they always show up on time and go the extra mile. They showed up this morning - I had the days mixed up and had cancelled the inside cleaning due to a conflict. But since they were here today (no conflict), they called all hands on deck to get both inside and outside done - and done well. I have lots of difficult windows so cleaning them is not always easy. When they are on the 20ft ladder reaching a high window, they also clean the adjacent glass lantern fixture. I'm on a recurring schedule so they always call to make sure I'm scheduled. Requested window cleaning plus spot removal. Cleaning was done while I was not at home and when I returned, appeared spots had not been removed. Sent email asking if this was done - was told they would send a guy out to "check" and get back to me. Called the office and confirmed this would be looked into - said they had a guy that lived in the area that could swing by and take a look. In the meantime got an invoice which I paid, and assumed it included the water spot treatment as this is what was asked to do originally. Paid the invoice. Next thing I know, guy calls and leaves a voicemail (I was at work so could not answer) stating he is headed to the house to do treatment. Called back after work and job was already done. Again, assumed this was part of the original invoice. Note - the second time only part of the windows had spot removal treatment. Not sure why all the windows were not done. The windows that were done looked great - that is why this review is 3 star vs 1 or 2. Next thing I know I get another invoice for additional removal fee. No one called to inform me that spot removal had not been done and that a second cleaning would be needed. No one called to schedule the second appointment and no one told me how much it would cost. No one informed me that there would be a second invoice or what that amount would be. In addition, an email was sent telling me that next time try and keep sprinklers off the windows. There are only TWO windows out of 19 that may get water on them from sprinklers due to excessive wind when watering. The communication on this job was anything but CRYSTAL CLEAR and do not recommend, nor will I be using in the future. read more

They 2 guys showed up on time, and worked methodically cleaning all gutters, then cleaning the debris up, next onto the huge many windows in and outside our home. I've just re-visited my review of Crystal Clear Cleaning, Inc. What transpired AFTER the cleaning is what I'm writing of now: I didn't receive a bill from them for quite awhile after writing this review. That was unusual to be billed so late. Once I did see the billed amount, I was shocked. This amount was almost double the price that had been loosely quoted me. I was shocked at the price. With certainty, I knew this bill to be excessive. I asked to have the amount lessened. A day or 2 later I was contacted and told the price would not be adjusted for me. To me, this was greedy & unreasonable.
