I have hired numerous other companies to clean our windows and have never had my windows more clean. In fact, days after cleaning with most window cleaners you can still see water spots. Bill and his team were amazing. They came for an all-day deep-clean between a move-out and a move-in, and they worked so very, very hard. Bill is an excellent communicator - both responsive in the initial quote and scheduling, and also communicative in the cleaning process when he notices something not quite right in the home. Overall it was a fair cleaning job. They spent the time running the washer to clean the sheets and dry and fold them. I think they vacuumed the carpets in bedrooms; although I actually found bits and pieces in 2 bedrooms. The area rugs in high traffic areas like entryway and kitchen were not vacuumed which I thought was a huge miss. The floors remained dusty and not exactly clean as I would expect after a cleaning service comes through. The tub was immaculate though; some soap grime that I had tried and tried to get up was gone; and the tub sparkled. That's the highlight of their work.
