Our appointment was fir 8:25. Marcus rang the doorbell at 8:25. We have rather large patio doors that had a year's worth of dirt and grime on the outside and our dog's nose prints on the inside. After the windows were cleaned, it is like there is no glass there. Excellent job. I highly recommend this company for window cleaning. The windows turned out okay. They were supposed to clean the gutters, but the used a blower to blow out whatever gunk was dry and not stuck to the gutter due to moisture. After they left, the gutters still were dirty and it took several weeks to finally get the blown-out debris off of my deck furniture. A pretty shoddy job and way overpriced. read more

Bought a home and last owners said they used Sage 2 months prior. Cost was $300. I called and said I was new owner and wanted to get them redone. They said $500 even though it was $300 two months ago. Then said they didn't do a price increase since 2020? Huh? Won't be using them. $200 increase from a 2 month timeframe. read more

Sage responded quickly, got us scheduled fast, and even arrived early! This is honestly one of the best window washing jobs I've ever seen, someone who came by later even said it was "high def"!! When he was cleaning the inside windows, the tech saw something he wanted to adjust outside (I didn't even see it) and went back out, got out the tall ladder again, and finished the job to his standards. This cleaning was very thorough and took longer than the last one but I expect that this one will last many times longer as the prior window cleaning was definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation. The owner also called the next day to ensure that we were happy with the service. Very efficient invoicing system also - all in all a great experience. Definitely recommend!! read more

Super disappointed in the window cleaning service this spring. The 2man team arrived & announced they were the "new" guys & it was evident within 20 minutes they weren't joking. The damage sustained In 2 hours they were at the house: * 1 blind in the formal living room is permanently jacked up. They wrenched on it so hard it broke a string inside so it won't close properly any longer. * 1 towel bar in the guest bath completely ripped off the wall. Didn't discover until after they left & they didn't mention it gouged a hole in my flooring & crashed into a glass decor item and shattered it. They left the towel bar & broken glass & never said word. * Left black rubber & dirty shoe prints all over the jacuzzi tub in the same bath room. Didn't utilize a step stool & thought it was okay to walk all over the tub to access a higher elevation. * Put the screens in backwards so the 2nd story screens blew off onto the roof. * Fortunately I was working from the kitchen & was able to catch the apron of the copper farm sink from being damaged as the worker propped himself against the sink & drug his holster that held his tools across the front of it. * 1 laborer asked if he could use the restroom & somehow managed to miss the toilet & urine was running down the porcelain and was pooled up in the floor for me to clean. 2 Thumbs down. Hopefully this experience won't happen to someone else & this can be used as a training or coaching example for Sage. Mortified at the lack of self awareness & unprofessionalism that went on. read more

I scheduled with them a few weeks ago. They texted to reschedule me from last week, which I accommodated. Then, today they cancel because it's now too cold. I understand that weather is uncontrollable, but it seems like you would be sure to get the job done that had already been rescheduled once. The forecast for today is not a surprise. Erin was lovely and came out same day to give me a fair and reasonable estimate. I scheduled the service for the following week. We tried Sage after looking at favorable reviews on their site and on Yelp. They came today and did a wonderful job. Our previous window cleaner could not get to our highest windows and did not do the tracks of the windows.
