This is for their gutter cleaning service that I strongly recommend against. Jean-Paul was fairly quick to respond and came out to give an estimate of $400-700. He sent out 2 guys that were 30 minutes late and went to work. They left a little before 1:30 letting me know that the gutters were clean and they fixed all the seam leaks. Jean-Paul called to inform me that his team was there much longer than expected and it was going to be $1200+. His crew told him they left at 4:30, lying to him. This got me curious so I took a look at my gutters. They were not cleaned at all. I sent him pictures and videos of the horrific work and his comment was, "Well, they will drain." Nothing but excuses. WTF?? They did not test if they would drain, so not sure how he would know. Since the latest rain and snow, I am now seeing that the seams, supposedly fixed, are WORSE!! I had to have a real professional come out and fix what they messed up. Waste of time and money. read more

We have some second story windows that are difficult to clean, we recently had our home painted and a windy day resulted in some paint over spray on our windows. Sunshine did an amazing job cleaned the exterior windows and removing all the paint. Honestly our windows have never been cleaner. There were a few spots that were missed, which would be expected since we only had them clean the exterior and they were back out the next day to take care of it. I tried calling some of the larger companies and never received a return call. This company returned my call and got my windows done in less than a week. Quoted a fairly reasonable $250-300 on phone for 3000 square foot house and 2-story shop. He asked if I wanted him to come out and do a quote first and I declined, figuring it would raise the price. BIG MISTAKE. Do have him do quote well in advance and don't tell him you have an urgent deadline. When he got here, saw the house was pretty nice, and knew we were moving in two days and had no time to get another vendor, he doubled the price to a whopping $500! I declined and he dropped to $400, and we had little choice, though we should have sent him packing. He only worked two hours and his assistant showed up late to work 1/2 hour.
