I found Alpha Window Cleaning in a coupon book advertisement and called for a quote to clean the windows and soft clean the outside of my home. They responded in less than 24 hours and gave me a very fair quote to do both. They were also able to schedule the service within a week. Joe was so nice and professional! He did a fantastic job and even put in some extra work trying to get our garage door clean enough to meet his high standards! I will definitely use them for all my residential window cleaning needs and would recommend them 100% read more

Joe Does a Great Job Every Time! We just had Joe and his Alpha team over again (he has done our commercial properties in the past too), but the first time to our new house after construction and WOW! I had no idea our view was so good hahaha! He is such a nice guy and with the more than fair price and quality of work he provides, this is our guy form here on out. There a bunch of new crews in town, but Joe has been here for a bit and is a good family guy which we also appreciate. He even checked all our window seals for us and gave us the run down of which were broken. Easy to reach, always answers his phone, incredibly polite, and always on time (even early) is what we have come to expect from him. Thanks again Joe and see you next time! read more

The day of the cleaning I was still asleep at 8a when owner, Chris arrived instead of around 10a as was schedule. Aggressive, bitter and griping for the inconvenience of the hour drive (great way to wake up!), CHRIS MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE IN MY OWN HOME! Months later Chris called to collect on an invoice we were late to pay sent via email. I provided payment over the phone. HE THEN THREATENED TO ADD A $100 TIP since he "had to" drive an hour to clean up a shotty job by HIS employees! When I questioned him and called him out on being professional Chris got more agitated to which point I hung up. He called back several times, left a message saying "You misunderstood me. Wow! Joe does great work! From window washing, glass shower stall doors, mini blind cleaning and mirrors, I hardly recognize my own house! Our house is tall (3 stories)) so I felt more comfortable that he is bonded and insured. I agree with the other reviewers as Joe is hardworking, prompt at returning phone calls, texts, and in making an onsite estimate.
