We contracted with Michael Parker, owner/operator of MasterPro Service (September 2014), to come to our home to clean windows (in and out), ceiling fans, and ceiling lights, in addition to other places inside that are out of our reach. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Michael did an amazing job on the vast quantities of windows in our house. He arrived on time and was ready to begin working. He's professional AND very personable. Our windows; ALL of them look like new. It's amazing how easy it is to get used to dirty windows..until Michael and MasterPro Service have cleaned them. Oh and prior to cleaning he provided an estimate and date for cleaning and followed them up with emails confirming his appointment with us. This was our first time using MasterPro to clean our windows. Not only did Mike leave our windows sparkling clean, but he let us know that one of our high windows might have a broken seal, changed out the batteries on the blinds in the windows we couldn't reach, put new mesh in a broken window screen, and offered to change lightbulbs in unreachable light fixtures even after he put his ladder away.
