Our RAM truck was much worse. With our camper on, it takes some abuse navigating narrow brushy dirt roads. Both sides had very visible scratches all the way down, some of them deep. We had taken it to another detailer here in Bend and he did an okay job but the scratches were still visible. Ellis worked with me to tailor a quote that was affordable and met my expectations. He and his assistant Cecil spent over 7 hours here at our home yesterday and went way over and above expectations, rubbing out the scratches, then polishing and waxing. I had been dreading scheduling this and he made it so straightforward and simple. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and my rental car was ready for me to borrow for the time my car was in the shop, the office was organized and clean and friendly. Three days later, as estimated, they called to say my car was finished and ready for pickup. The work they did to repair my minivan's rear bumper and lift gate from a rear end collision is flawless and they also repaired a side mirror for me (unrelated to the insurance work) at a super reasonable price.
