The exterior looked great after the detail--nice shine and thorough wash overall, tires dressed and inside vacuumed. Unfortunately, the windows and touchscreen fell short of the same standard. The glass was covered with streaks and smudges, it appears they were wiped down with a dirty cloth, making it hard to see clearly when the sun hit them. And the back window was completely untouched and still had dust all over it. When you get an inside/outside full service car wash you should be able to see out the windows in sunshine. read more

Revised review: (IInitially I was very disappointed in the customer service. However after ppoating my review, i wwas immediately contacted by Darci and she went above and beyond to try to remedy the situation. I am hopeful that it will be addressed but it was unfortunate that it could not be addressed without a review even when management was involved initially. )Arrived to sign up for a monthly wash package. We were told that they could not sign us up that day because a manager was not available (this should have been my first clue as to why you can't get a monthly membership that they so heavily advertise unless a manager was on duty) however they said we could pay for a one-time wash and then return the next day when the manager was there and the money for the one-time wash could be put towards the purchase of a monthly membership. So we agreed to do the one-time wash. Going out of our eay to return the next day, we arrived and charged the full price of a monthly membership after explaining what the employee told us the night before. When we told them that they charged the jncorrect price they returned the amount they just charged to our credit card in cash and then said they can't give us a credit for the wash we paid for the day prior even if they started the membership the day prior and that if we are interested in the future in a monthly wash package to come back then. Well that will be never because they clearly do not value customer satisfaction or pure reasonableness. read more

The $55 wash is a joke. Yeah they wipe down the inside and wash the windows but the outside is a basic wash and they do nothing above and beyond to clean. Whatever their top roll through wash does is all you get. Conclusion, save your money and do Surf Thru down the road. read more

Machine brush wash with hand vacuums and drying. Kids working here work hard, it was my first job a few decades ago so appreciate the hard work and low pay and always give a big tip no matter. I have always loved red carpet. They are the best car wash in town. They always cleaned your mats and did a great job on everything. Yes it took an hour but it was worth it. Today I went back to get a wash after a dirty winter and was so disappointed to find out that they've now switched to self service. If you want a full car wash like they used to offer for $35, you have to book it through the detail shop and pay $55. And it's going to take an hour and a half to get in. I am beyond disappointed. The employee there was very friendly, and said it was due to being short staffed. I really hope they go back to the way it used to be and bring the price tag back down because they just lost a lot of customers. read more

This place used to give a quality wash and interior cleaning for about $20. Now, you have to vacuum your vehicle instead. If you want them to do it, it's a flat $55! I paid it because I was de-dogging my car. Nice job on the interior, but the kids in the finish detail were sloppy. I've been taking my Pickup/Canopy, 2 generations, to the South Red Carpet every Spring Thaw to get a Thorough Clean after Winter Road Deicer Chemicals for Over 20 years. I am now in my Mid-70's with Stroke Damage, making it beyond Difficult to do my own cleaning for the last 12 years. I used to get the "Platinum" so I could get my Rubber Mats Cleaned from Winter Mud and Gravel. This year, I opted for the "Ultimate" for a More Thorough Cleaning, or so I thought. First Disappointment... After Paying, I parked at the Entry to the Vacuuming Station as all times before. I was told I had to do my own Vacuuming with my one good Arm and Hand. Second Disappointment... To get my Rubber Mats Cleaned I was told to take them out myself and place them on the Sidewalk next to a Broom leaning against the wall. The Attendant only hosed them with plain water and put them in the back seat... No Soap, No Broom. Third Disappointment... Unlike All previous visits, the Attendants Did Not Presoak and Brush the Wheels. Fourth Disappointment... The "Wipe-Down" Missed "Road Scum" on many areas of Chrome/Stainless Bright Metal... Most notable inside the "Spokes" of the Wheels and adjacent to Rubber Inserts on the Nerf-Bars and Rear Bumper... And the Passenger side Mirror was Never Wiped, still having "Leopard Spots". The attendant did reinstall my Rubber Mats when asked. Increased Prices would have been disappointing but Understood and Accepted. Decreased Service Steps and Quality of Service Is Not Acceptable. read more

I've been coming here for 11 years, it used to be reliable, decent, and affordable. We now have to manage these poorly trained kids who do a crummy job, take the car home and clean it ourselves. The fee has doubled. What prompted this review today? We have a car fob....somehow they locked the keys in the car (along with four other cars while I was there on Thursday). I get my car back and they've somehow dismantled the airbags during service, requiring an expensive trip to the dealership to fix the computer. read more

I have been going to this location for the last 7 years. It was so amazing you could come in on any day at any time. Lots of hardworking young people would get your car immaculately clean in less than 20 minutes for under $40. Now they've changed their system you have to do your own vacuuming or take it to a separate location where it took well over an hour to get my car done and it wasn't even half as good as it's been in the past. I had deleted my Yelp account, but this experience made me sign up again. First of all I was re-reimbursed by ownership for my experience. The review; however, comes because of the answers to my complaint. I brought my truck here on a Tuesday and they did an amazing job, had a great cup of coffee, and I was so impressed that I went out and got it dirty again and came back on Sunday of the same week. A tale of two stories and let me say, very different stories. When we walked around the truck it was so dirty that the young lady insisted to run it back through the wash again, but this was supposedly after it was ready for me to drive away in. The mats on the inside didn't get touched, the windshield was still streaked. The job was so poor that I ended up redoing the entire thing at home. The poor wash job was just exacerbated by managers and employees were not wearing masks properly. They couldn't seem to keep their hands off of them. The young man in my truck decided not to wear his mask and I confronted it. I also asked the young lady at the counter why no one was wearing masks correctly. She directed me to managers who didn't look approachable whatsoever. When I called the following morning to discuss my concerns, the attitude from ownership was that they really had a tough time with the "Sunday crew". My thought is simple, if you can't run it right, don't run it at all. I will unfortunately not be back. It's a global pandemic not a cold. Regardless of your views, your customers health and safety should come first. read more

I've been coming here for for years! It used to be reasonably priced, fairly fast and the kids did a good job. For me it's just getting too expensive for an hour long wait and a half a$$ed job. A basic wash and wiping down the inside cost 40 bucks now ( not including tip) and I gotta go home and wipe the inside down and wash the improperly washed windows again. Gave them the keys and got a ticket to pay $55 inside. The car was in the garage and getting worked on so despite my shock I paid it. In my opinion it is a rip off and kind of a bait and switch deal. I had one of my good friends work here, they give great costumer service as always, but i've heard some heart wrenching illegal things that this company does and it honestly makes me never want to go back. First off the managers are all extremely lazy and un empathetic to any of their workers. The day my friend started working at the car wash they started from open until close, and get this, with no lunch break. They were expected to do their job to the best of abilities but without a 10-30 min break for themselves to either grab food or just relax from how busy the company is. Completely unacceptable. No lunches and no breaks. What company doesn't feel sympathy for their employees working over 9 hour shifts here without a 10 minute break. read more
