Had issues with account since the beginning. I setup a yearly account and they spelled my name wrong when they put it in and the kids they employ couldn't find it and didn't know what to do. Spent four months trying to get a hold of a manger or owner. Finally got a manager and after multiple phone calls and visits they fixed my account so I could get my car washed. I asked for a refund or an extension on my year. the "manager" couldnt do anything and the owner needed to reach out but never has. It's been around 8 months now. I had my brand new car washed for $20 on Tuesday September 2. When I finally stopped after driving 3 hours and checked the car, there were unwashed areas on the front and back of the car and my front license plate was bent almost in half by the force applied by the employees using pole-mounted washers. i called to complain, and was hung up on, twice. I don't usually write reviews, but I paid for an interior cleaning and I don't know what they really cleaned!? I am extremely disappointed and feel I wasted $40. There was still dust on some of the interior surfaces; the door jams looked like they just did a quick wipe off with a dry cloth, the console wasn't cleaned either and the floor mats still looked dirty (he said the were just scratched). When I complained the detailer said they don't use ArmorAll (said they don't have "cleaning supplies"?!). Don't waste your money, I still have to clean my interior anyway! read more

I had my car washed yesterday at Empire Car Wash. I asked for The Works, the most expensive option, which I expected to result in a very clean car. Not today. My car came out almost as filthy as it was when it went in. I asked them to run it through again. Still filthy. What I saw in the way of a crew was a few young bored, apathetic young men who appeared to be just going through the motions. Additionally, the rotary brush that is supposed to scrub the tops of vehicles wasn't turning. What a shame. This is not a business I will return to. read more

This car wash is hit & miss on the quality of cleaning my vehicles. I'll look up & there will be soap spraying out of some nosels in the automatic part and there will not be soap in other areas. This is a envied of Empires Detail Service. I gave it 4 stars because of the return of service. But my review really is 5 stars because of Ely, the manager. When I called to say that the $225.00 detail service was like a sloppy wash, Ely stepped up to the plate to do whatever it took to correct the situation. He was an exemplary manger with high level personal skills and dedication to his job and customers satisfaction of all of Empires services. I totally recommend this detail shop. Paid for "The Works" car wash which states that it offers a wheel and tire cleaning which clearly is not true. Not even the outside face of the wheel got cleaned. I cleaned my wheels 2 weeks prior to going through the wash so it should have cleaned the 2 weeks old dirt right off. read more

Went in for a car wash, left with scratches. I used to love this place, it was the best car wash in town! For $10 they would scrub your car well and you'd leave there happy with a clean shiny car, in fact I looked forward to going to the car wash! Now that's not the case. For $14 you can get nice customer service, but leave with scratches all over your car and dirt still left over. I was very upset when I got home and saw the damage done on my car. Upon closer inspection they did not clean my roof well (one of the main reasons I wanted a detail of my SUV) and they lost one of the rear door ashtray. I bought a replacement online for $29.00. This increased the price of the detail. I will use a different detail shop next time. read more

I just got pulled over because I accidentally ran a yellow/red light. I was right next to this car wash! Decided to vacuum out my car. They were so nice! Love this car wash! It is handy, easy to use, provides towels for wiping down dash, seats and inside the doors. Vacuum hose for each side of car so you don't have to crawl through. I join the monthly rate so I can go wherever I want and don't have to worry if it is going to rain or I am driving on gravel road for a hike. Love a clean car!! read more
