New owners, I assume?? I've been bringing my trucks to Empire car wash for many years. It used to have the nicest people working the booth and bay. No longer the case. The guy in the booth and the guy at the bay entry were both absolute a-holes. Like nothing I've experienced here in Bend before. Maybe they were in a lovers spat? No matter, I'll never go here again. read more

The detail job on our Durango was second to none. Chris and Eli did absolutely incredible work on our rig, which has been through the wringer living off a dirt road in farmland and having pugs. Impeccable interior work, we are thrilled. We will always take our car to Empire Car Wash Detail Team. Thank you. read more

Very poor attitude argue with their clientele as well Mgr. is really poor and Service nonexistent their car wash scratched my brand new car and I'm not going to pay and deny the bill I would.sue them, but I'm out of state if I live hea. i wpulr, I would sue them with the damages, but they've done and let them get away with it read more

Had issues with account since the beginning. I setup a yearly account and they spelled my name wrong when they put it in and the kids they employ couldn't find it and didn't know what to do. Spent four months trying to get a hold of a manger or owner. Finally got a manager and after multiple phone calls and visits they fixed my account so I could get my car washed. I asked for a refund or an extension on my year. the "manager" couldnt do anything and the owner needed to reach out but never has. It's been around 8 months now. Absolute crap customer service. read more

Everyone is always so pleasant and accommodating when I visit the car wash. Don't wanna go anywhere else. These guys could teach restaurants about how to hire great people. read more

We are here on vacation and happened upon this car wash. What incredibly friendly and helpful staff! We asked for a couple of tips on hiking/trails in the area and got such a thoughtful and caring response. There was no wait and the car wash went smoothly and did its job. If we ever need car wash service while visiting Bend, this is where we'll go. read more

The brushes at this place scratch the shit out of cars! Brand new car now needs to be paint corrected! Do not go!

Best car wash I've found in the area. Courteous employees, quality results, the free vacuum is a real bonus. read more

Tough place. Less than desired outcome. Hardly a pre wash and the main internal brush didn't spin while going through. read more

I had my brand new car washed for $20 on Tuesday September 2. When I finally stopped after driving 3 hours and checked the car, there were unwashed areas on the front and back of the car and my front license plate was bent almost in half by the force applied by the employees using pole-mounted washers. i called to complain, and was hung up on, twice. Avoid this business, there's plenty of car washes in Bend that take their work seriously and use care when washing your car. read more

the Detailing service was incredible!!!! Honestly the best detail our car has ever had and they fit us in last minute before the holidays- so helpful and thorough. read more

I had my Audi detailed here, oh my. This is a different car. The attention to detail and professionalism were 10/10. Best detailer in Bend.

I purchased the monthly pass, great deal because I can take my truck through when ever I want and keeps it looking clean. staff are all friendly. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I paid for an interior cleaning and I don't know what they really cleaned!? I am extremely disappointed and feel I wasted $40. There was still dust on some of the interior surfaces; the door jams looked like they just did a quick wipe off with a dry cloth, the console wasn't cleaned either and the floor mats still looked dirty (he said the were just scratched). When I complained the detailer said they don't use ArmorAll (said they don't have "cleaning supplies"?!). Don't waste your money, I still have to clean my interior anyway! read more

The sun is out, the snow is gone, the car is filthy, off it goes to Empire Car wash. The people are friendly, the price is a bargain and they provide several free vac stations so you can vacuum out the inside too. A newish car wash, opened early in 2013, the wash technology is kind to your vehicle. Well organized process means even when lines are long, as they were today on the day after Christmas with lots of tourists in town, everything moves along at a brisk pace. Prices - Economy pick up truck and extra large SUV = $9. All other vehicles = $7 for economy. Premium wash with wax, sealer and undercarriage wash add $2. No hand dry service here, blow dry only. If you're looking for Platinum service including they vacuum and hand dry, check out Red Carpet car wash on Highway SE 97. http://www.yelp.com/biz/red-carpet-car-wash-bend-4?hrid=fdEckQ6Nai7nelgTixaIxg&nb=1 Otherwise, hard to beat this one for convenience and price. THIS N THAT: 1) LOCATION: Super convenient to west side or downtown; Empire exit off the parkway or if you've coming down Highway 97, aka 3rd Street, this is at the intersection of 3rd and Empire, right behind the new Dairy Queen. 2) NEIGHBORS: King Kong Coffee and Gorilla Growlers (beer and growler fills...this is Bend after all) share the building. Dairy Queen is across the parking lot. 3) TRAFFIC FLOW: Parking lot traffic flow can be a bit dicey when there is a line to get in the wash and people are also trying to enter the DQ lot. Heads up. read more

Really like this place. Great monthly program. Kids working here care. Let you go through again if it's not quite clean after the first run through. read more

Empire Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Bend, Oregon

I had my car washed yesterday at Empire Car Wash. I asked for The Works, the most expensive option, which I expected to result in a very clean car. Not today. My car came out almost as filthy as it was when it went in. I asked them to run it through again. Still filthy. What I saw in the way of a crew was a few young bored, apathetic young men who appeared to be just going through the motions. Additionally, the rotary brush that is supposed to scrub the tops of vehicles wasn't turning. What a shame. This is not a business I will return to. read more

This car wash is hit & miss on the quality of cleaning my vehicles. I'll look up & there will be soap spraying out of some nosels in the automatic part and there will not be soap in other areas. Like it did not soap the drivers side of the car. Then the rinse was spotty. I love their vacuums tho, there really powerful & free with car wash. read more

They will wash your car oh yes but watch out for the staff -- I've been charged double before for one car and the things I did to prep my vehicle the workers undid and inatentive to the customer and the car wont get entirely clean and where those towels for the dash went? Bah. Taken. At least there's a detail shop and drinking suds to make you think about what you've done read more

This is a envied of Empires Detail Service. I gave it 4 stars because of the return of service. But my review really is 5 stars because of Ely, the manager. When I called to say that the $225.00 detail service was like a sloppy wash, Ely stepped up to the plate to do whatever it took to correct the situation. He was an exemplary manger with high level personal skills and dedication to his job and customers satisfaction of all of Empires services. I totally recommend this detail shop. BTW, my Porsche came out finished like from a showroom floor. Doesn't get better than that. Thank you Ely, I will be a return customer because of you! read more

Paid for "The Works" car wash which states that it offers a wheel and tire cleaning which clearly is not true. Not even the outside face of the wheel got cleaned. I cleaned my wheels 2 weeks prior to going through the wash so it should have cleaned the 2 weeks old dirt right off. read more

Great prices and friendly service with POWERFUL vacuums! Used to go to surf thru but not anymore!

I didnt actually get a car washed here... I was more floored by the fact the carwash had a beer station. Hmmmm.... That doesn't promote drunk driving naw.... 5 stars simply for being unique. Perhaps during your hand detail you can try a brew or two... Or can you??! Now that's the question read more

Went in for a car wash, left with scratches. I used to love this place, it was the best car wash in town! For $10 they would scrub your car well and you'd leave there happy with a clean shiny car, in fact I looked forward to going to the car wash! Now that's not the case. For $14 you can get nice customer service, but leave with scratches all over your car and dirt still left over. I was very upset when I got home and saw the damage done on my car. Won't be returning any time soon. read more

Newer black sedan. Went to Empire car Wash 2 times. Will never go back again as small scratches. Had to have my car detailed.

We had not only a great reasonably priced car wash but excellent service. Our drivers mirror was cracked when going through the wash. We approached the office and met Micah Smith the manager. He apologized and sent us to an auto shop. The mirror was replaced at no cost to us. We will defined go back‼ read more

Upon closer inspection they did not clean my roof well (one of the main reasons I wanted a detail of my SUV) and they lost one of the rear door ashtray. I bought a replacement online for $29.00. This increased the price of the detail. I will use a different detail shop next time. read more

This car wash was horrible. Didn't rinse all the soap off the car, the wheels looked awful and would have looked better leaving the dirt on vs the mess this car wash made out of them. read more

Empire Car Wash - Not good!!! - Car Wash Near Me - Bend, Oregon

Just stopped by here to get my car wash. Have used this place for years and had purchased tokens at Christmas to use all year. Pulled up and the stoned teenager stands with his back to me for a minute before he turns around and tells me they can't do Jeep wranglers anymore with no further explanation. They can't wash one of the most common cars in Bend? What next, no Subarus? Poor customer service and silly they can't wash such a common vehicle anymore. 1 star. read more

I just got pulled over because I accidentally ran a yellow/red light. I was right next to this car wash! Decided to vacuum out my car. They were so nice! They let me know with a car wash using vacuum was free. So I chose to do that! I have racks on my Toyota 4 Runner. It is also lifted. That was not a problem. Also they powered washed my mats. I happily gave him a tip! Decided to buy my friend a gift certicate for a wash so she can see this place. In my opinion best car wash in town!! Sharon Allen read more

Wow, so cool. They do some hand washing before you go through the auto wash. Gets more of the dirt off. Lots of money was spent on that machine, I'm sure. It's awesome. read more
