Living in central Oregon means you will drive upon lots of cinder rock in the winters which will chip away at the paint. I decided to invest in some paint protection film and ceramic coating. I know many people who have had good experiences with Perfection Plus, I wish ours had been the same. We had a cermanic coating and window tint done on our brand new Subaru Ascent. They had asked to have it overnight so that the ceramic could cure and ended up having it 2 full days and 1 night. We arrived to pick it up and the crew was scrambling to buff and clean the ceramic. We waited for another hour past our pickup time to take our vehicle home. It seems that this was rushed and did not cure because now all of the dirt, water spots, EVERYTHING sticks to my car which is black and it's a complete mess. Not only that, the inside of my car was filthy from them working on the tint. Upon inspection we found an open blade on the backseat that was left behind and I was furious. We have a child who sits back there so it could have been a dangerous situation, or it could have cut my leather seat. We took the car back in after the owner insisted on detailing the inside for us and fixing some of the tint that was bad. We were hesitant but agreed and went to pick it up yet again. The tint was fixed but the inside was again, dirty.... solution and other materials spilled down the door, no inside detailing. We asked him about it being cleaned again because he told us he'd do it himself and he smirked and casually laughed saying, oh we didn't have time to do that today. What in the world kind of service is this? I'm so upset by how he as an owner handled this and am so frustrated everytime I look at my car because no matter how we try to wash and clean the exterior, it's a mess because of the cermaic. Thanks a lot Perfection Plus, you really screwed us over and showed us how little you care about projects that aren't high enough priority or cool enough to show off. read more

We were quoted a price for window tinting. We called to make an appt but were required to pay a $100 deposit up front, PLUS a 3% fee. Then, an invoice was submitted to us for $200.00 MORE than their quote. They said they made a mistake on their quote. We could cancel our appt & they would refund our deposit, EXCEPT for the 3% fee. I asked them to refund our money and cancel our appt. I waited 5 days for our refund. I contacted them for our refund which they said they forgot to do. I physically went to their place of business and picked up a check which I promptly cashed. Do NOT recommend this business. read more

My expectations were exceeded. My 2018 Toyota 4Runner looks better now than it did when I first brought it home. Shane did a fantastic job on it and his communication was impeccable. Another review mentioned "upcharges", I did not experience any of that. I purchased my vehicle in October of 2017 and it has survived 2 winters in Central Oregon. I drive up to Mt Bachelor 3x a week and the 4Runner was dirty, very dirty when I took it into Perfection Plus. I had asked Shane before bringing it in if I needed to wash it and he said, "No need to wash". While he did mention he had to wash it 4x before applying the ceramic coating, he did not try to upsell me before, during or after the work was done. Perfection Plus is the place to take your vehicle for complete ceramic coating detail service. Shane and his crew are knowledgeable and have the expertise to do the job right. I choose to go with the ceramic coating. It costs a bit more than the traditional clay bar and wax, but this treatment protects the paint from fading and makes it look better than factory for THREE YEARS! The care from here on out is easy as well; a quick no rinse wash when needed and simply wipe moisture off the vehicle with a microfiber towel. Water beads and rolls off the paint and windows with ease. The truck is so shiny and beautiful! Shane and his crew spent time removing ALL the hard water stains and treating every surface (including the truck cap, fender flares, bumpers, and wheels) with the ceramic coating. They even spruced up the interior with a thorough cleaning and powerwashed the floor mats, AND cleaned up the undercarriage. I am glad I choose PP. They did a phenomenal job on my husband's truck. If you want your front windows tinted to match factory but they come out an ugly blue color, this is the place for you. If they offer to re-tint your windows in the proper color and do a complete hack job on the install, this place is for you. If the owner says he fired his tinter and offers to re-tint your windows and refund your money, this is the place for you. If the owner says his new tinter starts in 1-1/2 - 2 weeks and you are first on the list, this is the place for you. If six weeks go by and you haven't heard a damn thing, this is the place for you. Watch out for up charge after up charge... started out with the facebook "deal" package for $195, ha.. Informed him i had some brush scratches on the truck that would need to be dealt with... went up to $495 seemed within reason. Sold me on a ceramic coating, another $100. So booked the deal at $600. Rented a vehicle and went to drop off to him, he took a look at the truck and said no this is going to be a lot more... Ended up at $1,100. Something didnt feel right, so I rescheduled. Took the truck to 7 different detail places in bend and Redmond. Not ONE place was over $600 total... Every other place claimed the scratched to be minor and said we have seen plenty worse. This is a poor way to run a business and you should always honor a price unless you tell someone a price range. A huge hassle to schedule everything and then be duped. Buyer beware... read more

I'm super impressed with their work here. My car was dirty, and I mean VERY dirty. So dirty they called to let me know it was going to cost more because it was going to take longer than they initially told me over the phone, and I was OK with that because I sort of thought that might be coming. We're talking baby formula and cheerio dust in the back seat from our toddler, and a few hours worth of dog upchuck (The reason we sought out detailing in the first place) from driving our new puppy to our house. Top that off with coffee spilled in the footwells and whatever dirt came in with my husbands boots from his last pipeline job, and the car felt more like a work truck than a commuter vehicle. I honestly did not expect all the stains to come out, and I was prepared to be OK with a few stains and scuffs, but when I got the car back it felt absolutely brand new! And the best part? They told me it hadn't actually been as hard as they thought it would be, and there would be no extra charge at all. Talk about honesty... They could have taken me for a ride but they didn't, AND the car looked awesome at the end of the day. This was definitely worth every penny! read more
