New owners took over a little over a year ago and the quality of the store has gone down hill. High employee turnover which leads them to pull pumper off pumps for cash register. Car wash is unreliable and maintenance can't fix. product and gas are over priced for the quality. there are alot of better stations to go to. read more

They completely scammed us. We payed for the gas and our car tank got filled and there was gas left over, thus we needed change back. Apparently 'someone already took the change' when we went to go ask for it, yet we had the receipt? Never coming back read more

Service has always been good, but the newly installed car wash is terrible. Can no longer get an express touchless car wash...only the $12.99 one...and it absolutely doesn't clean the car. (Gave it 2 tries) Will have to find another place. read more

It doesn't even deserve 1 star. I'm new to Redmond, and after 3 visits to this gas station and it's the worst place I've ever been! Today, I was yelled at by the female gas attendee as she refused to help me, after starting my gas pump for a fill up. She repeatedly verbally abused me in front of all the customers because she was frustrated with her working conditions and misunderstood I was trying to help her. No matter how nice I was, she just yelled and swore at me for just trying to ask a question. She assumed I was going to yell at her for taking so long, but I wasn't. In fact, I was trying to help her by telling other customers she was the only person working, so please be patient. I went out of my way to try to explain to her I was sympathetic to her situation, but she just kept yelling over me to "Call my manager if you don't like what's going on here." I gave up on trying to convince her I was on "her side" as she was on a rant and I was the target! She purposely made me wait to remove gas pump and then refused to get me a receipt. She waited on 6 customers, who came after me, after she had already started pumping gas into my tank. After waiting patiently for 7 minutes, I took the pump out myself. She was helping her last customer, looked over at me with a mocking smirk and said, "Did you get your receip?!" I said, no I stilled needed it and she rolled her eyes and walked the other way. I tried asking her if I could print it out and said, "I'll get to you when I can!" as she laughed and walked off. I yelled over to her saying, "I don't know what your problem is, but I have been the only person who's been nice to you while you were running around and you are treating me like dirt. I want my receipt." She walked over to me and looked like she was going to hit me. She screamed out for me to leave because she wasn't going to going to get my receipt. I told her I wasn't leaving and when she refused to get my receipt, I walked into the store. There were 6 people in line and two cashiers, so I said loudly, "I have already been here for 15 minutes and I really just need my receipt. I asked for the manager or owner and the girl said her name is Kim and she'll be in tomorrow. Nobody seemed to care when I told them how terribly I was being treated. Then, the female attendee who was outside came into the store and began yelling at me to call her manager and get the hell out. When I got back to my truck, my 19 year old daughter was shaken up. She said some lady customer came over and yelled at her for what I did for demanding a receipt in a rude way. My daughter tried to explain to this person what had led up to it and she wouldn't listen. OH MY GOD, some lady came and yelled at my daughter for something I did that she knew nothing about! She told my daughter that, "God don't like the ugly!" Seriously...What just happened? I pulled in for gas, I was attacked verbally and almost physically a gas attendee and then a customer yells at my daughter for something she didn't even do! Never again! The owner must be as bad as the employees, or has NO CLUE what is going on at this gas station. I think I'll look into that for the next person. I actually tried so hard to make her feel I was caring toward her and even smiled the try and cheer her up for the longest time. I have no idea how a person treats someone, who is kind to them, like that. She must be miserable and I'm staying away. I am the kindest person who will help anyone when I can. I had a few people who saw what happened look at me with understanding sympathetic glances. It's WRONG people like that have jobs and get away with this stuff. Just WRONG! I have video of her yelling at me, refusing to get my receipt while swearing at me. I did not flinch or back down when she approached me aggressively, because she had already bullied me enough. It's one thing to tolerate rude behavior and turn the other cheek, but this worker was totally out of control. I hope you never experience this by staying away from this place. There are plenty of other places to get gas. read more

I would give this location no stars if that was the option. Chick working the cash register was rude as all get out and very impatient and honest to God seemed like she was high on some sort of drug. (Crack or meth) She had glasses. I didn't catch her name but she rang up my stuff and bluntly says "2 red bulls for 6 dollars." Didn't even form it as a question.. because I didn't realize she was asking me a question she was like "okay, first debit or credit and 2 red bulls for 6 dollars." Me being confused said "oh your are asking me if I want 2 red bulls for 6 dollars? " She's like "uh. Well yeaaaa" when I told her no she said "well like that's what I was saying" and then proceeded to be like "debit or credit" I say debit.. apparently I didn't get to my screen soon enough because once it popped up to say if my total was the correct amount she slapped her hand on the counter and said "go ahead" over all she made me feel uncomfortable and seems like she hates her job and probably shouldn't work face to face with customers with her shitty attitude and demeanor. read more

Completely awful customer service. Almost got backed into, had to veer out of the way and some women from inside came out at yelled at me not to move so fast. If I didn't move so quickly I would have been hit. I understand needing to be aware of speeds with so many people walking around. She handled the situation in a completely disrespectful way. To the manager or owner of this location. The guys pumping gas have always been great. With that said I just had a horrible experience with your cashier in the store. I bought 4 cans of Rockstar and NO thank you, no offer of a bag and didn't even say a word. Was too busy talking to someone else about getting new job at another location and how she was making a dollar more than anyone. Shameful. Gas attendance was a jerk on my way to work needed to grab a quart of oil since they're not a full service station he did not have a quart of oil to put the to my car at the pump so I ran to the store very quickly and grabbed a quart of oil put it in at the pump at 10 it was extremely rude about the fact that I wasn't getting gas 0 out of 5 stars poor customer service I was still paying money at the store and it didn't take me very long to do what I needed to do they treated me like crap on the other hand though Checker inside the store was extremely Pleasant read more

The only time I go here is when I have no gas and they're the only ones open. The gas is the most expensive in town, and you're likely to see some sort of fight or something involving the cops getting called out. On top of that, the guy working the pumps is usually pretty rude, and you have to go inside to pay with a card. So if you're in a hurry, or want to be treated like a valued customer, this place isn't for you. read more

I am a local, I live 12 minutes down the road from this location so it's convenient for me to stop here on my way to work. I prefer to use my Safeway card for rewards and this is the only location I know of in Redmond that honors the Safeway card. I have stopped here MANY times, usually around 6:30 am on my way to work. Rarely has there been a time that the gas attendant was pleasant. This morning was just another example. I had to pull around to the other side because of a dump truck parked in the middle (no big deal). The female gas attendant saw me pull around, I waited and I waited, probably 5 minutes before I saw her again. She started to pump gas for another gentleman that had just pulled up!! I tried to catch her attention when she made a motion to another gas attendant walking towards me (sloth-like!), he could not have walked any slower! He started my gas and the pump almost immediately shut off, he asked me if there was a trick to making his pump work in my gas receptacle, um no, my car is only 2 years old, and yours is the only one I have ever had a problem with. He began to argue with me when I shut down the conversation, he continued to hold the pump until the tank was full and I left. Customer service is just not the same. If you want to be treated like you are a welcomed customer, go to the Eastside Shell in Bend, trust me, it's worth the drive!! read more

I would make sure you check your card statements before you buy from this place. I bought a pack of cigarettes and a drink when the total was suppose to be $7.49 and my card was charged at 10$ even. I am a working professional who lives in Redmond and works in Bend. I stop at this station probably 3 times a week on my way to work (around 6:30 am) and sometimes on my way coming home (around 4:30 pm). The "usual" morning person who works in the morning is the rudest customer service person I have ever met in my life. She acts like she is doing ME a favor by waiting on me OR she is complianing about her job and how her Co-workers do not do their job each and every time. You walk in and she has nothing but a sour face on. When I stop in the late afternoon there is usually a huge line waiting to get their purchases purchased, the people behind the counter are either talking to their co-workers, doing something with paperwork and money or just basically being lazy and slow. They only have 1 person who can ring up lottery so if you happen to ask for a lottery ticket with your other purchases you get this "Oh I can't do that you will have to go over to the other register" then you stand there at the other register and wait and wait all the while the person who can ring up the Lottery is complaining to the other person or Manager or whoever happens to be back there at how this is so stupid that only one person can ring up Lottery THEN you get to hear "do you want to be reasponsbile for money that you aren't ringing up". Ok first I am tired at 6:30 am, I want my coffee a smile and just to get in and get out of that place. Most unprofessional people I have ever met, lazy, rude and they definately do not help whoever owns that gas stations as I for one have had enough of being treated like I am working for them and I need to wait and I need to stand in a long line waiting to be helped while these employees stand behind the counter and COMPLAIN all the time about their jobs.
