It was actually a 76 station which I associate with Union 76 and not Mobil. Anyway, I was on the way to the Redmond airport at 6:00 am, and the 76 station seemed close and fairly priced. Pulled up to the station, the station was on auto-pilot and I pumped my own gas. Quick note: Apparently, in the past, Oregon had a law requiring an attendant pump your gas for you, I was pleasantly surprised that this was no longer the case. I pumped my own gas; it was reasonably priced based on the comparable prices that showed up on Yelp. The station seemed quite clean and the pump worked well. The pump spit out a receipt (which is handy if you are travelling) or need further proof if the Car Rental place tries to charge you for gas! Seamless experience! read more

I went here on my way back from a trip and asked to be filled up with regular. I turn my car off and look at my phone, I hear the click and look over to decide whether to take it out myself or wait for the attendant. I notice that the attendant had hit the button for premium and so I'd been charged extra for premium gas which I don't need. The cost isn't my issue with this, it's the principle of giving the customer what they ask for. The attendant said after the fact that they "only have premium" I am sure that this isn't true and even if it was I am sure that the pump would have filled my car up after hitting the regular button at the cheaper price. Regardless the attendant should have said something before ignoring my request and I'd have said "fine premium it is". I'll never understand the purpose of requiring gas attendants in Oregon but when they actively make the experience worse, I respect the law even less. I will make an effort to avoid all Mobil stations in the future whenever possible. read more

Furious!! Just left Ron's Oil Mobil gas station on S. Hwy 97 in Redmond. They just lost us as a customer at $150 plus/week (for years now). And everyone else I can tell. Younger guy was slamming the nozzles into the pump, jerking them out of holder, threw my gas cap twice at the top of the pump. Second time either the nozzle or cap hit my nice pickup door and chipped the paint. He is doing all this with each customer with a mad look on his face. When I got out and confronted him, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and was not pleasant. When I told him I would contact owner, he told me to feel free to do so I am still looking for owner's contact info. read more

The gas attendant was friendly enough. They have a special deal at this location that you can get your gas for a cheaper price if you pay in cash. Unfortunately, that doesn't help much when the attendant spills a good portion of the gasoline outside of the car. read more

Avoid the Mobil on hwy 97 in Redmond, owned by Rons Oil. Shady characters operating the place, never enough staff, and today they refused to fill cans after we've been waiting in front of a pump for over ten minutes with no attendant. Sure, it's busy Friday, but staff more than one employee for over 8 pumps. Oh, and we watched the same attendant recklessly break the filler door on a car and refuse responsibility for that, too. read more

This gas station is ridiculous. The service isn't up to par and they charged me more than what I asked for on my card and proceeded to tell me I was lying and that they refused to refund me. I even called the owner and he said he didn't believe me, even though the associate did finally tell him I was telling the truth, and the owner still said I was lying and refused to do the right thing. So if you want good service and want to be treated fairly do not go here. read more
