The quote I was given was suppose to cover standard wash/wax to worse case (very dirty, etc). I was charged almost double of the "worst case scenario quote. Lines aren't clean and housing on rear view mirror, passenger side was left detached. I'd consider a different shop or possibly setting the expectation that you would like your vehicle to repaired to "as is was prior to the accident" condition. I thought that was understood before my insurance company stroked a check.
