Recommend Auto Body Concepts without reservation. Here's why. About 10 years ago a lady reversed into the side of our new Imprezza when 2 weeks old. Her insurance said we had to take the vehicle to Auto Body. It came back just like new. Yesterday (07/01/26) we had a mishap with out front fender. We remembered the previous good service we had gotten from Auto Body, so naturally they were our first port of call. Mr. Ryan came out and had a look-see: then fixed it on the spot. $10,000 dollars and the repaired door is not flush with the rest of the vehicle. Very sad. After waiting 7 weeks for my car I am now discussing a different shop with my adjuster to finish the job that wasn't completed. Lines aren't clean and housing on rear view mirror, passenger side was left detached. I'd consider a different shop or possibly setting the expectation that you would like your vehicle to repaired to "as is was prior to the accident" condition. I had a great experience with these guys getting some repair work done on my car. I went to Ron's Autobody first for and then to these guys for estimates. Auto Body Concepts was actually a good bit more expensive but I think they ended up fixing a lot more of the underlying damage and doing a really thorough job. My insurance paid for it so I would rather have the more complete job. They were super professional and my car looked incredible after. Recently I had the pleasure of doing business with Auto Body Concepts in Bend. After getting an exorbitant quote from another shop in town, I was referred to Auto Body Concepts. The minute we entered the office, the cheerful and efficient Peggy made me feel like I was in the right place. Jason then gave us a quote that was very fair and we scheduled the work to be done. This company did look at our vehicle quickly but I was not happy with their work at all. We needed a side door mirror replaced and they used a generic brand that was differently shaped. There were also paint drips. We asked them to replace it with the Toyota brand mirror so it would match. Then they had paint drips again and I wasn't happy with it. My husband is a mechanic and knows how things can be done, and the guy fixing it said he couldn't do anything about the drips, and started even yelling at us. My husband explained to him how it could be done. Long story short, we had it finished to our satisfaction but will never go there again. They were rude and unprofessional. And funny thing on the inside of their shop they have this whole plaque talking about how the customer is always right, etc. Well, obviously it was just for show because the guy was awful. They were super helpful, prompt, and easy to work with. Shortly after my first encounter with them, I crashed my truck in the snow and did major damage. I am giving them this rating for their attitude and for their work performed on my car. The only reason why I am giving them a two is they kept on fixing it until the work was done right. I am a mechanic and I know what the repair should look like. I told them all I expect is to have it look like before it was damaged, they agreed and so they worked on it. First time there was about 3/4 gap between the mirror and the car and there was paint overspray. He had no problem with changing it out and told me he would get a Toyota factory part this time. Second time went back everything was good except they sanded off a part of the paint job where it was hard to see. He said there was nothing he could do about it, I told him that was false he could fix it or not his choice. He fixed it the third time, but there was the same gap that there was the first time. The fourth time he fixed that gap then there was a different 3/4 gap on a different seem. He said he couldn't fix it and again I said either it was damaged and they didn't fix it or they just don't to and this was only when I told them I would talk to USAA about them. Finally it was fixed and looked like it did before it was damaged. He told me that he had to move product and things aren't perfect. I told him we went there because they were detailed about their work or so the other reviews said. Like most contractors and people that look at the vehicle they are sale's men and three times he tried to tell me he couldn't do it then he fixed it. I worry that he is tricking other people and telling them that they do good work when really it's just pushing out their product. He was short with us a couple of times and seemed like we where wasting his time. very disappointed. read more

The front bumper of my A4 lost a fight with a curb at Costco. Got a referral to these lovely people and WOW!!! I thought this kind of Customer Service and honesty in the car repair business was lost forever. Skidded on some black ice coming down from Mt. Bachelor and ripped off the front bumper when I hit the snow bank. A friend recommended this shop. After taking their quote to my insurance company, I was happy to learn that they also had really good things to say about ABC. They had the work completed in the time frame they had stated, and I was overwhelmed to see that they also completely cleaned my Jeep inside and out (I have a hairy German Shepard!).
