He did a serious inspection of the damage, took several photographs, informed me that there might be invisible damage they they could discover while doing the repairs. He then proceeded to prepare a written quote. I was impressed with the professionalism of the inspection and the quote. The quote was reasonable; but, was missing a couple of critical elements. I seriously considered using Unique Collision Center for repairing my car; however, the insurance company and I agreed to use another shop.

I would stay as far away from KCC as possible. I had some warranty paint work done and they did…read moresuch a bad job the first time they had to do it a second. The first time they returned my truck to me worse that it arrived- raw metal, dirt, overspray, runs, and drips in the paint. It was so bad I wish that I hadn't bothered with the warranty. The work was a solid 0/10 round 1 and a 1.5/10 round 2. They re did the work, and returned it slightly better than the first time-no raw metal and runs. Just drips, TONS more dirt, and less overspray. I took the truck back because I was fed up and decided that the KCC clowns have no business within 5ft of the vehicle. I am appointment at a competing body shop to have the body panels they pained blocked and wet sanded then compounded and polished to actually finish the job. It literally looks like they painted the truck in a sandbox then when they tried to "polish" it to "please" me, they left it in said sandbox-there are tons of swirls and pig tails all over the thing. Please safe yourselves the headache and hassle and go somewhere with employees that know what they're doing and care.

Scott's changed the differential gears on my Ford F-150 and "chipped" the engine for more horse power. The mechanical work was first rate, but the chip they installed did not contain the current data for my relatively new 2017, 5.0 engine. Even though the chip unit was installed, they took the responsibility and cost, and refunded the money for the chip in full. Anyone can make a mistake, but it takes good people to own up to it. These folks will treat you right.
