They quoted me $680 for a bumper repair after I was the fourth car hit in a rear end collision…read more I submitted the quote to the insurance company of the person who caused the accident and they paid out the $680 to have it fixed. When I went back to schedule an appointment with Lithia they said that it was quoted wrong, the guy who made the quote didn't work there anymore and it was actually going to cost me $900. The insurance company had already paid out the $680 and wouldn't pay more than that because the paperwork was signed. So, I got screwed. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and getting it done for $360. I will give credit to the guy on the phone who broke the news about it costing more, he listened to me cry because I couldn't afford it and the accident wasn't my fault..I was hit. I appreciated that he wasn't rude about it and was understanding even though there was nothing he could do.
