I don't write any reviews, but i need to write this one. I called Earth care in Redmond OR. because…read moresomeone recommended him. It was the WORSE experience ever. I called to set a time so they can tell me how much was going to cost me to repair the damage of my truck ( damage fender). I got there the owner came out he started talking to me every other word was cussing word all he could talk about it was how good of a job he did. Half hour later tells me what the cost is going to be and I said great order the parts and let me know when you get them and i'll bring the truck back. Two weeks later he calls me I took my truck in a week later he calls me tells me that the truck is ready but I needed to pay him more money because he had to rent a tool to do the job. You would think if you are in that business you know what tools you need why did I take the truck for in the first place it was almost $1,000 more and he also forgot to order the fender and bumper molding so he put the old one back on. it looked so bad. I mention that to him he was so angry he said if I wanted that fix that he needed to order it I needed to pay for it. So he calls me two weeks later to tell me that the fender molding was in. I go there he takes my truck in the shop comes back within ten minutes he says I got the wrong part and he was going to order another one he gives me the keys I get it my seat he left a old towel with so much dirt that my seat was cover with sand and dirt I just through the towel out left that place. he had the worst attitude. You would think that if you take your car to get it fix you should fix it the right way. Please ask around about this guy I did but it was afterwards it was too late. I would not taken my truck there if I would of ask first.

I would stay as far away from KCC as possible. I had some warranty paint work done and they did…read moresuch a bad job the first time they had to do it a second. The first time they returned my truck to me worse that it arrived- raw metal, dirt, overspray, runs, and drips in the paint. It was so bad I wish that I hadn't bothered with the warranty. The work was a solid 0/10 round 1 and a 1.5/10 round 2. They re did the work, and returned it slightly better than the first time-no raw metal and runs. Just drips, TONS more dirt, and less overspray. I took the truck back because I was fed up and decided that the KCC clowns have no business within 5ft of the vehicle. I am appointment at a competing body shop to have the body panels they pained blocked and wet sanded then compounded and polished to actually finish the job. It literally looks like they painted the truck in a sandbox then when they tried to "polish" it to "please" me, they left it in said sandbox-there are tons of swirls and pig tails all over the thing. Please safe yourselves the headache and hassle and go somewhere with employees that know what they're doing and care.

The one issue that I have is the quality of parts used by the shop. I had a distributor put on my truck and it started having issues recently (roughly 7 months later). My family's longtime trusted shop (in Eastern Oregon) looked over the truck and noted that this distributor was a subpar quality part.
