Kept getting the run around from the very beginning, the transmission or turbo still hasn't been delivered, been super busy. Horrible at communication, horrible customer service. I was having transmissions issues with my '02 GMC 2500HD pickup. Diagnosed that various sensors and…read moresolenoids were malfunctioning, so they ordered them up. Problem arose because the parts distributor sent parts that would fit, but wouldn't have functioned properly. Joe and the guys caught the mistake and re-ordered the parts to make sure that the right ones were installed. Now, the truck shifts like it's brand new. I didn't realize how poorly it was actually working before it got fixed. Thanks for a GREAT job, Auto Experts.

They have worked on my truck multiple times and diagnosed multiple issues on multiple cars for me. Andy has made me happy to give my business to Auto Experts. The one issue that I have is the quality of parts used by the shop. I had a distributor put on my truck and it started having issues recently (roughly 7 months later). My family's longtime trusted shop (in Eastern Oregon) looked over the truck and noted that this distributor was a subpar quality part. Other than potentially low quality parts, I have been happy to be a customer here and plan to continue visiting them. But hopefully not too often, haha!

The cruise control began kicking off, and then some warning lights came on. When I got to Bend in the late evening we stopped at a parts store and they put the Jeep on the diagnostic tester, and it gave several error codes, but they said it would probably be ok to drive the remaining 250-300 miles home through some desolate country, at night with a chance of rain. When we got to Redmond we decided to stop and get a hotel and have the Jeep checked out in the morning. I chose Earp's. Good choice!! I was greeted by Jason, and he immediately looked at the error codes, consulted his mechanics data base on common fixes for those codes, and cleaned and tightened the battery terminals and the ground connections, while checking the battery voltage readings. After spending 30-40 minutes working on the car, he told me he'd be comfortable driving it home. I asked him how much I owed him, and he said no charge...just get home safely! We were back on the road, and one of the best things to come from this was the peace of mind I had while traveling North.
