Beginning with…read moremy first contact- I emailed to find out about scheduling a repair through insurance and had a response from Shane within about 15 minutes. I had been dreading scheduling this and he made it so straightforward and simple. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and my rental car was ready for me to borrow for the time my car was in the shop, the office was organized and clean and friendly. Three days later, as estimated, they called to say my car was finished and ready for pickup. The work they did to repair my minivan's rear bumper and lift gate from a rear end collision is flawless and they also repaired a side mirror for me (unrelated to the insurance work) at a super reasonable price. I was impressed that they also washed my car and vacuumed inside so it was all fresh and sparkling. Definitely recommend this shop, they made everything so easy and exceeded expectations in every way.

I'd consider a different shop or possibly setting the expectation that you would like your vehicle to repaired to "as is was prior to the accident" condition.
