I asked that shop for a recommendation and they gave me Brian's number. He got me in within HOURS. He saw right away that I had some mechanical knowledge. I had been dreading scheduling this and he made it so straightforward and simple. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and my rental car was ready for me to borrow for the time my car was in the shop, the office was organized and clean and friendly. Three days later, as estimated, they called to say my car was finished and ready for pickup. The work they did to repair my minivan's rear bumper and lift gate from a rear end collision is flawless and they also repaired a side mirror for me (unrelated to the insurance work) at a super reasonable price. I was impressed that they also washed my car and vacuumed inside so it was all fresh and sparkling. I knew that it is on the east side of US-97 that means that I had a choice of trying to turn left across the traffic or find a way to be going north on the highway. I was lucky and found a hole in the northbound traffic for an easy entry into the car wash. I was met by a young man who took my order and processed my credit card. Meanwhile, another young man directed me into the machine and was joined by two other men who folded my outside mirrors and used brushes to clean my pick up. I then went though the machine. Once outside, I walked around my pickup to fold the mirrors back into their normal position and inspect the quality of the wash. I was very satisfied and will return to Wet Willys Car Wash.
