I had to put tire on my Dodge Ram and was staying at the Moose lodge in La Pine, right across the street from the Gills Point S took it there to have it aligned. It was wondering a little so I told Evan. He explained that if they found something it would have to be fixed prior to the alignment. Which I know. They found needing immediate attention needed. Tiered drag link, tiered pitman arm, Alignment. Also Ball joints. And rear shocks. I was willing and wanted it fixed before I left the following Monday. Told them I was free Thursday morning or all day Friday. It was the first of the week. Tristen said he would get back to me. That was Monday morning Tuesday I called him because I haven't herded anything. He said he was waiting on the parts house to get back to him. Never heard another word from this shop. I hate Schwab but from now on I will trade with them when in that area. They have lossed my trust. I spend a lot of time over there. I know I will not recommend that shop. I know Gills also has the same name on one in Bend. Just wanted the owner of both to know the one in La Pine just lost my business and anyone I know in the area will be informed.

I had a fantastic experience, as I have every time. It was time for a fresh set of tires for my pickup. Was thinking about winter coming. (this was in September, not November, when all the crazies get bent out of shape over long waits) you did it to yourself Michelle. Initially I had made a 4:30 pm appointment because I knew I'd be working out of town the day of my appointment. My job went long, I called Discount and talked to Ryan. I explained that my day went long and he said he could move my appointment to 5:30, which is a half hour before closing. My long drive with traffic was going to make me even later than 5:30, called again, let them know, and they said if I made it by 6, they would get it handled. I get in front of the shop at 5:59pm like an entitled jerk. These dudes STILL honored the statement that they would do it if I pulled up by 6. They were incredibly understanding about my situation, and appeared (hopefully) to not be frustrated about my last minute arrival. And these dudes knocked it out in 20 minutes, 4 new tires, balanced and everything. I had shown up at 5:59, and was out by 6:30. Totally legendary crew working here, and will definitely keep bringing my vehicles here. 10/10 value and experience. Treat and talk to people with kindness and respect. It really goes a long way. Don't bother coming to this location if you're going to be rude or impatient.

I called in and they confirmed it was set but sounded slightly annoyed when I inquired. Went to my appointment and there was 1 gentleman reading a paper waiting in the waiting area. Somehow took him a while comprehend what I was wanting which was mount my winter tire/rims and remove and dispose of my old tires and put extra rims in trunk. He confirmed all my info and sent me on my way. Waited for a call that never came and so I called back around 3pm and David told me tires were done hours ago and called and left me a voicemail. That was a lie. When I came to pick up my car, they informed me one of my TPMS sensors was malfunctioning but they didn't replace it and told me to make another appointment at $80 to get it checked. Apparently, they were too busy to add an extra 30 minutes to accomodate a long time customer. I had 4 easily accessible TPMS sensors in the trunk.
