(this was in September, not November, when all the crazies get bent out of shape over long waits) you did it to yourself Michelle. Initially I had made a 4:30 pm appointment because I knew I'd be working out of town the day of my appointment. My job went long, I called Discount and talked to Ryan. I explained that my day went long and he said he could move my appointment to 5:30, which is a half hour before closing. My long drive with traffic was going to make me even later than 5:30, called again, let them know, and they said if I made it by 6, they would get it handled. I get in front of the shop at 5:59pm like an entitled jerk. These dudes STILL honored the statement that they would do it if I pulled up by 6. They were incredibly understanding about my situation, and appeared (hopefully) to not be frustrated about my last minute arrival. And these dudes knocked it out in 20 minutes, 4 new tires, balanced and everything. I had shown up at 5:59, and was out by 6:30. Totally legendary crew working here, and will definitely keep bringing my vehicles here. 10/10 value and experience. Treat and talk to people with kindness and respect. It really goes a long way. Don't bother coming to this location if you're going to be rude or impatient.

When they completed the work the front tires were at 80 pds and rear tires at 65 pds and they did not replace the spare. The associate had forgot to put that info in the work order for the crew. They need to pay more attention when writing up the orders instead of concentrating on trying to sell us more stuff. It then took another 40 minutes of waiting to get the correct work done right. They are still a better shop than the last tire company we dealt with in this area.

No timeline was given other than "We'll get right to it." Just asked about the status and of course the answer was "Oh, you're next!" That was 15 minutes ago. After examining my vehicle, I was told that in order to have that switch replaced, it would be necessary to have the steering column removed so they could access this switch and it would cost approximately $700.00. I took my vehicle to another shop where they replaced my switch without removing the steering column and was charged only $185.00. BEWARE!
